Swift Storage Hervey Bay. Service like no other. Always are very happy to help.
If I could please make a suggestion though. I accidentally locked my phone and keys in my storage unit, with no way of contacting anyone as I was on my own, outside of operating hours. I did leave a voice message on a nice couples phone that she called the phone number in the gate. Left a message, and they left. I waited 3.5 hours for someone to come and help. Cars came and went, no one asked if I was ok. I ended up leaving my locked car and my phone and keys in a locked shed. And walked back to where I was staying 1.4km up a hill. I have health issues so this didn’t help. I arrived back and used a friends phone to call, only to be told am I at the gate because now I was locked out, it can be done remotely and long story short I got everything back. I had to use a friends phone and get them to drop me back there.
My point is for someone on their own like myself, it would be ideal to have someone available. I’m not sure how often you check cameras etc but you would have seen me walking around as there was nowhere to sit or to get some water as it was over 32 degrees that day.
I didn’t know phone numbers so I couldn’t walk to the service station and get them to call someone.
Just my opinion that’s all. It was my stupid fault.
It all worked out in the end.

Worst storage place I've gone through waited a week to get my codes and then still couldn't access my storage shed didn't use it and they were not helpful at all didn't even get a refund for a shed I couldn't use

Swift Storage have been incredible
This company have been incredible. The facility at Burpengary is super secure, clean & completely dry despite the inundation of rain we’ve endured.
The staff although illusive are quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend them & would use again.

Great experience.
The unit was easy access, clean and overall a great fuss free experience. Toilet was always clean. No water got into the unit throughout the floods. The app was easy to use and I would definitely use again if needed.

Booking online was easy enough
Booking online was easy enough. The app was pretty easy to follow and make work to find the units and entry and exit to the site. Nice units with automatic lighting.
Would be nice if you could pay by the week rather than having to pay by a full month, even if you only need the unit for a few days into a month.
