SWIFTX

SWIFTX: Had my 1st Order for $2.52 cents stolen today, wonder who. Left at my condo flaten on sidewalk. I knew it was empty before reaching for it. Swiftx states package delivered intact(LOL). So I go to Temu & see they have all his pic's. The rt side of bag has ragged edge. He opened it even before he took pic of him holding package. My community has 'never' had a package stolen. I will not do any buying from Temu again. Also don't like being called a LIAR.
** UpDate 4-19-2026: TINKSEN INC who Sells thru Temu Denied my Claim my purchase was stolen by Driver. I don't like being seen as a Thief and will continue other outlets to ALERT Consumers about Temu using SwiftX and their Lack of Honest Deliveries.

Garbage

There was a guy who delivered my package and just threw it at my door like it was garbage. They need to hire professional people not off the street garbage.

Horrendous, lazy, awful

Would be a ZERO but had to input at least one to get to comment box. They were the "courier" for another sketchy company called "Stacee's" where my daughter ordered her prom dress, against my advise. The courier threw the package containing her expensive dress over the fence of my office, instead of coming inside and handing it to the receptionist.
A passerby reached under the fence (no surprise) and stole the dress. No retribution.
Check with your vendors to make sure they do NOT use SwiftX. A joke.

they leave package in a pubic hallway they dont ring bell when the apt numbers are on the package now when the items go missing the seller that ship with your company wont give any thing back to me now iam out the item i dont trust swiftx with my package any more i give zero stars to you and the drivers for not doing your jobs

worst delivery service …

every time they deliver packages to my home, it ends up on the ground. I have a small table by my front door to sit the packages on, but they rather throw my packages on the ground nowhere near my front door, for any passerby to come and take it. I have complained about this, but nothing was every changed. They still throw my packages on the ground. Terrible deliver service.

SwiftX delivered a package to me that wasn't mine.

SwiftX delivered a package to me that was not mine. When I contacted them to pick it up, they sent me an email advising me to contact the shipper. Since this was not my order and the shippe'rs information it not on the outside of the package, how could I do this. This was there mistake.

If i could put"0" i would, unfortunately company i ordered from used these crooks again! Should be ashamed of themselves and simply shut down this so called company. SwiftX Express is a complete opposite of "express", most unprofessional, getting in attitude when someone simply trying to locate their package, cannot deliver locally already since last week, went to a different location, blamed on "wrong" address, which was right , actually and forgot about delivery at all. Can't stand them!!! I see can't even get any positive reviews, just sad bunch of people!

Terrible.

Wow. Just wow. Another delay for my birthday package, meant to come last week. I ordered simple items for my birthday, a week prior. Just little things to pass out to guests. It were meant to come the day after my Birthday, the 24th of March, at the latest possible according to AliExpress. It shouldn't be an issue, I could just delay the party, I thought. Not at all. It is still not here. It is stuck in LAX. Thank you, SwiftX, for ruining my birthday. This is not the only time, any time I order here it gets delayed heavy. Basically, if you see SwiftX, cancel your package immediately and contact the seller. I will add an update, when or if I get my package.

My stomach always drops a little when I see that SwiftX is my courier for something-it's about 50/50 that your items will get delivered. It is honestly mind boggling that they lose SO MANY packages. Where could they possibly go??

Received a package meant for a different person

ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS !!!!
Received a package meant for a different person, on a different street in a DIFFERENT TOWN !!!
Tried submitting a "ticket" but that function didn't work. Kept telling me to "retry".
Called and wasted nearly an hour because the line kept disconnecting during the conversation.
The whole process gave me a sense that this is a SCHLOCK OPERATION.
Got a photo of the lazy delivery person and demanded that they FIRE the LAZY, MANIPULATIVE, INCOMPETENT BUM.

Twice my packages weren’t delivered…

Twice my packages weren’t delivered correctly or at all by this company. The first time they didn’t deliver to our actual address. They just left it outside the closed leasing office on a Sunday on a busy street so our package got stolen. The second time they said “failed to deliver” our address is very simple and easy to find all of their delivery companies find it with no issues and we get deliveries multiple times a week!

Horrible company

Horrible company. People are using their poor chain of custody and lack of accountability and transparency to commit fraud. The company does nothing when fraudulent activity is reported which makes them complicit in my eyes. Wait times for customer service are unreal only to get no resolution, no understanding, and no care.

Cannot Find My Address

I got a text from the driver that he could not find my address. I called the number and the driver did not understand English. I called the customer service phone number and after 10 minutes, they hung up on me.

Horrible company no idea how they still…

Horrible company no idea how they still open or allowed to operate. My package has arrived at warehouse for 10 days and nothing they cant help. I SAID just tell me if it lost so I ask for a retund they dont help. This is the 2nd time they "lost my package" then say it the merchant fault and the merchant cant send me the items again because they are sold out. No company or person should use them

Just awful, the worst.

Just awful. Can't even get sms delivery updates/notifications. They leave packages wherever and they get stolen or they deliver it and the courier steals it themselves. Swift X needs to disappear from commerce logistics because they suck at it.

Driver Mishandled Package Resulting in Damaged Items

I am writing to report an issue with a recent delivery. The Swift Deliver driver pulled into my driveway but did not exit the vehicle. Instead, the driver threw the package from the vehicle onto the ground on the side of my driveway.

The package contained cleaning supplies, and due to the impact several of the items exploded and were damaged.

I have clear video footage from our home security cameras showing the entire incident.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, including reimbursement or replacement for the damaged items. Please let me know the next steps.
