The team at Swinart are absolutly fantastic. Answering any questions without judgement for us less then expert pool owners and offering support when needed. We make all our pool supply purchases here.

The pool pump stopped working. Pool tech arrived, problem was identified, the pump was taken away and brought back repaired and installed all within a couple of hours. Pool running great again. Great service by the Doncaster Swimart team.

Swimart is a trust company that they look after my pool well

Think like a customer, for my case it would be more useful to provide me with a more meaningful comparison between different options. For example with pool heating, I was provided with the option of solar heating which is $4700 and the electronic pump heating which is $12000, but only provided me detailed information about the electronic plan and very minimal on solar (E.g. their relative heating efficacy). Because if the systems have no difference in results, I would prefer electronic. But the comparison is not very meaningful for me and I have no good information to base my decision on.
