Took my cell there for replacement. They said would investigate and took my details. No callback - rang a week later with no record I was ever there and "speak to the hand. Total waste of time.

So far so good!
Made a call to Swimart looking for someone to assess our pool asap (filter not working)
Request acknowledged and organised without incident. Hope the assessment goes as well and our pool is back to it’s best soon.

Xavier served me and his customer service was fantastic. It was a very busy day at the shop but Xavier was very nice to deal with.

I booked the First Time Pool Owner orientation, and I was so glad I did. The process was informative, and I never felt like I was asking silly questions. I understood the how and the why of every aspect of my new pool, and I have much more confidence going forward. I then booked a recurring service plan immediately after. Highly recommended!

I contacted Swimart North Strathfield. The person was helpful and organised a booking. The cleaner arrived on the day, was courteous and knowledgeable. The pool was clean and sparkling the next day. He tested the water and treated it, cleaned filters, vacuumed and left everything tidy. I received a detailed report via email.

The service was completed and all questions answered. The costs were explained. My only complaint was that chemical residue or something was left on the tiles. This has since washed off with the rain.
