Great insurance
I bought myself the Samsung galaxy flip phone and decided due to the cast I would take out some insurance. The phone was purchased in November 2024 and the screen has already broke (the well-known dreaded White line fault) 3 times. Each time swipe have been amazing. The first time the phone was under one year so there was a bit of back and forth as initially they said Samsung needed to fix it while it was in their guaranteed window however their guarantee window does not extend to screen damage. As soon as I said this to them they accepted my claim. I sent after relevant documents and they give me a postage lable and within two weeks of me posting the off I had it back fixed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
One of the worst interactions with any company I can recall in my lifetime, dealing with Swipe Insurance (Taurus insurance services) is not only pointless, their customer service members will activly mislead you, their complaints procedure is diabolical, want to resolve an issue quickly... good luck. You want to get a fair outcome for yourself... nope we have denied your claim because you pointed out market value for your phone was higher than what we stated, from a link that we sent you.
Please do not use this company (or any Taurus insurance services company) to insure your devise.

Avoid unless you are happy to wait…
Customer service are lovely, however the claims team are utterly useless.
They ‘aim’ to respond within 2 working days. However their response is just to ask for information that has already been provided and for MORE documentation that should have been requested at the beginning. The process for settling the claim is incredibly slow and painful, don’t expect to receive a replacement device in any adequate time…

my iPhone 14 Pro Max has been insured…and excellent claim filing
my iPhone 14 Pro Max has been insured for them for 2 1/2 years and Sadlay I had a water damage and filing a claim online is quick. I got a quick approval and the option to bring your phone to Apple genius bar is amazing. My phone cannot be fixed in Apple needs to replace my phone and the cost is high but the insurance covered it with no problem in the claim
I got paid in two days! overall very satisfied. Easy to talk to them over the phone and email and everyone is helpful. The paper works is reasonable for accidental damage and found no problem. Processing it.
