Made around 2 grand. They are not withdrawing my money after 3 weeks. Told me I need to send in more info to verify. When I go to the verification tab it says my account is already verified. I told them this and they said it needs time to update the information. Bunch of scammers

deposited $130 and lost, then deposited another $100 went back to $5 and hit a $110 win so decided to cash out and call it a day..

Same company as Tooniebet. Opened an account with Tooniebet and as luck was on my side I got to 10k. However, they came up every excuse (ID dark, transaction wrong, etc) not to pay out. I sued them with the small courts, served them and I got my money within days. Unknowingly, I opened with Swiper that they are owned by the same company. I won $500 and got to $980 and wouldn’t pay it out. They are using the same tactic not to pay out. I’m in the process of again filling a lawsuit with small claims, and see how long it takes them to pay it out after they served the lawsuit. My imagination is they are going to pay it out quick. Update: Sued Swiper in small claims and my money got back within days. Any withdrawal refusal can be solved if you file lawsuit with small claims.

Beware of limits being imposed on sports bets once you win a couple of bets with no reason. These guys are the worst in the business and odds are much lower than competitors. They even ban me from using coins for no good reason lol

If I could give them less stars I would. Made a couple bets and then was limited to dollar bets. Fast limiting other than Bwin. Should not be a legal book in Ontario. Bonuses don't work. Same platform as Lucky Casino so you can just go there instead and get the same product without the hassle.

I have to agree with the other reviewers that I think the slots are rigged at this casino. I have never played a casino where games across all providers consistently lost with no wins. Play anywhere else.

Dem är oseriösa. Har varit medlem bara 1 vecka och jag har redan behövt kontakta chatten 7 gånger.

Så här funkar dem: som ny kund får du 100% på insättningen du gör. Gör du en insättning på 1.000:- så får du 1.000:- i bonus. Men dem gör allt för att du som kund ska tröttna och tex göra ett uttag. När du gör ett uttag innan du omsätter bonusen 6× pengarna så förlorar du din bonus. Detta gör dem allt för att du ska tröttna. Jag kommer nedanför spalta all beteende dem håller på med men ändå "inom lagets ramar".

1. Det händer att dem rättar fel på spel fastän du har vunnit. Du får kontakta chatten vänta 10-15 och sen får du vänta ytterligare på svar av dem via mail för dem skickar ärendet till sportavdelningen. Skitsnack. Detta allt för att du som kund ska bli upprörd och tröttna.

2. Dem använder sig hela tiden av ursäkta, jag beklagar, jag förstår. Så dem är inte otrevliga men detta ursäktande beteendet upprepar sig hela tiden och du som kund blir väldigt upprörd så klart.

3. När du omsätter bonusen så för dem inte alltid in det omsatta belopp så att det syns. Då får du kontakta dem igen och vänta 10-15. Dem skickar ärendet till deras sportavdelning och du får senare på dagen mail om ärendet.

Detta har jag redan råkat ut för men det kommer säkert komma fler saker dem hittar för att försvåra för en. Fast jag kommer göra en arn anmälan om beteendet fortsätter. Och det tror jag det kommer göra.

Summa summarum är detta ett uselt bolag då dem gör allt för att försvåra för kunderna. Dem är ute efter att kunderna ska bli upprörda och på så sätt spela mer stressat och göra felaktiga beslut när man lägger ett spel. Dem vill att man ska tröttna och göra ett uttag för att man ska förlora sin bonus.

Men jag har mkt tålamod och är uthållig och kommer hänga kvar och strida mot dem. Tips är att flörta lite med dem, lite smörigt. Det gillar dem inte men det ger dig mer energi för dig som kund att fortsätta ta den kampen.

Opened and closed my account today on Swiper. Stay far away from this one. As someone who enjoys gambling, I have used them all. I know we are meant to lose in the long run, but today was brutal. Played many live table games from Pragmatic and Evolution and could not catch a single win. Dealer gets 21 or 20 approximately 90% of the time. Tried out some slot games and they were the same. Had zero wins combined on my regular spins and zero wins on my bonus buy games...
This was an obvious con job, or I am the unluckiest human alive.

It seemed like a good casino until they changed their welcome offer to be absolutely worthless. Little tip, if you put out a welcome offer, don't change it the following day. 10 cent free spins at 15 x wager is honestly insane... Who would even want to do that offer??

I did the original good offer, and told my friends about how fun the casino was and how I found my new casino, then the next day my friend is asking me why I lied to him. I go and check and the offer has been changed, and he ended up losing money because of it. (FYI he signed up when the terms said 1x wager with 250 1$ spins and 250 25 cents spins). That was an offer that made me feel good about the brand. I liked the games and the experience but after the offer was immediately changed ( bait and switch), I will no longer support this company or tooniebet. Next time, add an expiry date to your offers if you plan on changing them.

Long story short, won from my bonus promotion and had to play through a 1x playthrough AFTER the winnings had already been earned. However, like other sportsbook, they don't warn you clearly about personal funds being used before bonuses. Basically, you have to play with actual funds AGAIN before using the bonuses funds, and whatever is left you keep.

I did that, withdrew, and then the catch is: Line 5 in the promotion says along the lines "withdrawal can affect promotion" but doesn't say if it's fully completing or initiating. Once I did initiate it, and wanted the promotion because it wasn't giving me it after my second deposit, I had to cancel based on what the agent said, only for them to tell me it's no longer a valid promotion because I initiated a promo (and they restricted me from withdrawing again until I played through that next deposit). Ridiculous way of withholding players funds, highly do not recommend this book ever to anyone.

Cherry on top, management sends me a message to open a ticket on my behalf saying I'm no longer eligible for any more promotions on their book and still hasn't paid me back my withdrawal (pending request for a day now). Crazy scams.

So they had up to 150 bonus, so basically you can deposit 150 get 150 bonus and wager deposit 150 plus 150 bonus 6 times to get it. BUT if you deposit more than 150 the first time you have to wager that part 6 times too get 150 bonus. If you think that makes sense, you can play here. Cannot see why this site would attract any customer. I am out.

Awful site, if you win anything from the free spins from their sign up promotion, they restrict your account! They will refuse to explain why and wont reverse it.

Stay far away from this site, there are much better sites in Canada that don't restrict you whenever you win.

I use Swiper Canada, it’s honestly a really good casino. Really good bonuses/promotions and they have a VIP program. Live chat is super quick and helpful.

Being in Ontario we don’t have access to Stake yet, this is arguably very close to how Stake is.

Fick mejl efter att ha skrivit denna recension, men problemet kvarstår då mina dokument inte verkar godkännas/granskas. Behövt vänta hela veckan för att få något besked, enda svaret jag får är ”vi undersöker ärendet vidare”. Katastrofalt bolag som vill lura kunder på pengar.
