Not gonna lie, I was a bit hesitant at first switching system. But this one turned out to be use and reliable. Staff didn't struggle with it either.

I had a really bad experience with my previous service provider, their support was basically nonexistent and getting help was a headache every time. Since switching, customer service has been a lot better and responses are actually quick and helpful. It's a relief knowing I can get help when I need it.

Started using Swipetrex not too long…
Started using Swipetrex not too long ago and it's been working well so far. I like how easy it is to check reports and keep track of stock. Took a little getting used to, but now it's smooth.

I've been using their merchant services for a few months now and it's made a big difference in how I manage my shop. Sales tracking and imventory are much easier handle. It's simple enough that I didn't need much time to learn it.
