I found not only was Paul very informative and explained exactly what he was going to do he did exactly what he said he was going to do and did a great job too . If you need to up cycle your bike he’s definitely the man to see .

Great service and knowledge of bikes. My bike was literally on its last wheels , it is now like riding a new bike . Communication was excellent during its service and I was kept updated with all developments. It doesn't get better than that.Thankyou for a super job.

Swish Cycles & Paul have really impressed. I had very decent (but 15-18 yrs old) MTB & Road Bikes gathering dust for a few years & Paul has revived & enhanced them to perfection. Gear changes & braking have never been better on these two bikes & the components that needed replacing are top-quality & intelligently specced. Paul is definitely a guru when it comes to bicycles & how you want to ride them. Thoroughly recommended!

Pauls knows his stuff, i took and d ridley cheetah to him and he managed to change the tyres (tubular so not easy) and bring the machine to its former glory ready for me to complete an iron man.

The bike rides better than it has for years. Talked me through what was wrong, what the likely cause was and what he was going to do about it. Highly recommend.

After much research, I decided to use Paul at Swish for a service of my bike in preparation for a charity ride. From the initial conversations, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left my bike with him, and within a few hours I had a personalised video review of my bike, along with recommendations for repairs and serviceable items. At no point was there a hard sell, and if anything, he recommended against certain repairs that were unnecessary, but other "mainstream" bike shops told me were essential. My bike was returned clean, serviced and ahead of schedule. The best part is the 6 month warranty and after service, that I had to use following an issue. Paul was amenable, saw my almost immediately and made some adjustments to fix the issue. All in, a pleasure to do business with and highly knowledgeable about everything cycle related. Thank you, highly recommended!

Quick and professional, would recommend

Swish Cycles strikes again! My second visit with my son's bike this time that required some TLC and I can't recommend Paul enough. I was on a bit of a tight deadline (cycling at school) but he made sure I got it back in plenty of time for my son to get used to it. I have to say he is meticulous in every detail, replacing plain elements with ones that matched existing neon green bike décor. He made the bike really stand out aesthetically. He keeps you informed at every step and gives helpful hints on maintenance that even I can just about manage. So a very happy customer. My son would like to add:
"I would give Swish Cycles 5 stars and I am extremely happy with my bike, thank you Paul."

Not at all helpful - I phoned to ask about how long a bike was on back order for, to be met with where are you from, and when I said he said you’re better going to a local supplier and wouldn’t help. This seems strange when it’s also an online shop and says phone for nationwide support!!

An excellent local company that returned 3 unloved mountain bikes to their former glory in short order.
His video assessment as he quotes before commitment means there are no unexpected surprises. This company is exactly as every company SHOULD be…. Local; Trustworthy; Professional and Passionate about their work. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service! Paul was able to fit me in late notice and provided a professional and speedy service to my bike prior to travelling abroad. Communication was excellent and workmanship was first class. Options for cost and components were discussed clearly and in good time to offer the best solution for all parties. A big thumbs up!

Great personal service
I had a problem with the brakes on my electric bike… they completely failed!
I called Paul (Swish Cycles) for help and he suggested I take my bike straight round to him to have a look.
He quickly diagnosed the issue. I left the bike with him and he fixed it the next day.
