0 stars. Arrived late. I paid £70 foot a head shaver that turned out o be a £16 shaver you can buy on Amazon. Absolute junk. I can't see how I can get my money back because the return email address doesn't work.
Do not buy from this brand.
All the "reviews" about this online are fake.

Has anyone in the U.K. got any contact details other than those on the SwissClear website, I am trying to cancel my order but the email bounced back.

Im only giving one star as 0 was not an option.
Like others, I have been falsy sold a shaver which I did not purchase and was sent a cheap copy.
Numerous emails has got me nowhere.
This company is a scam. Avoid, buy nothing.

Please avoid this company scam advertising products and when delivered totally different and cheaper than you paid for £79.95 what was payed for hair shaver what was delivered was a generic Chinese copy you can pick up for £35 from Amazon total scam avoid at all cost

Like others I am forced to give one star despite this company being a total scam. Product did not arrive and several months on neither has promised refund. Do not touch with a barge pole.
Edit: in the interests of full disclosure two and a half months after writing this review and after a couple of chasing emails I have received a full refund including shipping for this order that did not arrive.

Total scam. Avertises as Swissclear UK. Charger UK postage for the package. When requesting refund they will tell you you can get it but you need to post the product to the US, or settle for 10% refund. At no point you are aware that you are buying from the US. Postage to US will cost you one third of the product price.

Terrible product! Do NOT BUY!!! It came faulty. Had no light modes working but the company denied the fault by saying and I quote: “ We'd like to clarify that the red light shown in the product image is simply a visual effect used for illustration purposes — the actual light is not visible to the naked eye during use.” Seriously?! Where did you see Light therapy without emitting an actual light ?! People that are selling this product obviously, do NOT have a clue how the light therapy actually works and what it does! So, please save yourself money and trouble! Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

If I could give minus points I would. Normally I am very savvy & check things out online before purchasing but clearly I missed checking here first & reading the reviews. I ordered a retainer cleaner/dental pod. Based on the ‘risk-free’ 90 day refund guarantee & look & spec of the item I proceeded with the purchase. The item arrived around a week later in a very battered box. It was very wrapped up so it was odd how damaged it was, as if it was damaged before being wrapped in bubble-wrap. Besides, the item didn’t seem damaged. On first look the item seemed very cheaply made & not worth the £80 + p&p I paid. I had just returned from a holiday so was tired & didn’t consider anymore at that time. On looking again at the item days later & inspecting the ‘instructions’ which were brief to say the least & looking at the box & product fully I noticed no branding or product name as per I remembered. On looking at my purchase receipt & their webpage it is an entirely different item to what I had ordered & received. On further investigation the item I was sent currently retails for £20. Numerous emails ensued where all reference to it being a cheaper non-branded item & not like the picture were ignored & they just kept inviting me to try the item & only seemed to think I was upset about the box being squashed, even after saying I wanted my risk-free 90 day guaranteed refund. The email listed on their site for a return form is undeliverable. The other email address asked me to send it to an address in America (knowing full well the cost to do so would be pricey). I explained under contract law they are in breach as they have supplied (either negligently or deceptively) a different, cheaper item to that paid for so I should not have to incur return costs. After this email they went quiet so I raised a dispute with my credit card company. Now yet another email is contacting me & seemingly only contacting me because they have seen thr credit card dispute. They keep asking me to stop my credit card dispute & trying to play the sympathy card of being a small business & how it will impact them (still costs less than what they went on to say they’d offer, so surely suggests they want a clean bill so their unscrupulous company don’t get found out) & they will send me a second item (why do I need 2 cheap copy items?) & a refund. My card has advised to keep the dispute open & if they did refund it would close automatically anyway. I have explained this to them but they won’t back down. They have now gone from offering a second item & refund to a 70% refund so we’re actually going backwards. I can’t fathom any offer they make is genuine. I keep asking for a full refund including p&p & they can have their item but I am not paying to send it. It is in the hands of my credit card now. I feel sorry for anyone who has shopped with them & doesn’t have the backing of a credit card to support them.

An absolute sham! This ‘company’ should be looked into for fraudulent products!

Avoid this company. I complied with the terms and conditions as stated on their website: I cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order and received a response from them to say the order would be cancelled. I have since emailed each time I received an update about the order and each time received a response from them to assure me the order would be cancelled. 5 days later I get an email saying ‘sorry we can’t cancel, your order has already been dispatched’. What a scam.

Clearly a fake product from China. Unlabelled plastic pen with foul smelling liquid. Took ages to arrive. Didn’t have any effect either. Expensive con. Don’t fall for it.

Do not buy this stuff its a scam. The product took weeks to be delivered, and it came from China.
I have used it several times a day for two months, with absolutely no improvement whatsoever.

Product received is completely different to that advertised. False addresses given so returns only possible to the US, their London address doesn't exist. They claim they ran out of packaging which is why it bears no relation to that advertised. They also claim a full money-back guarantee if not satisfied, but you try getting it!! Cheap product made in China, on principle we do not buy medicinal or cosmetic products made in China, but nowhere on their site can you find country of origin. Should have known better....

If no stats was an option that’s what I would give
Product came with unreadable instructions clearly translated from presumably Chinese
Can with various attachment but no instruction in how to assemble or use them
Website claims refund no problem I contacted them by email and was asked why I wanted a return and since my reply they have ghosted me
Shocking do not buy any products from them

Scammers - their UK phone number blocks all incoming! Items (Nail Pens) arrived with completely different ingredients to their ad, 'free' gift serum actually labelled Fungal treatment - I too am given the option of returning to USA at my cost which I am fighting because UK consumer law states that if item is not what was ordered then it has to be their cost. Going to take this to Trading Standards. Warn everyone not to buy from this bunch of crooks!

I bought the footcream from them and it arrived looking nothing like the picture on the website and half the claimed ingredients were missing. I have contacted them and they said I can have a refund if I ship it back to America and I pay for the postage. I am in the UK. The cream I actually received can be bought for about £2 a pot from China. I paid way more than that. I have been sent an address to return it to in America which I have googled and it is a residential apartment.

SCAM

Purchased a skin tag remover pen, but received a product that contained numerous needles and liquids comprised of who knows what. Who in their right mind would inject this into their body? It also came with some pitiful usage instructions that were unrelated to the product I ordered.

When I queried the product / instructions and returns, I was told the below.

One way, I pay to return the product to the USA at my own cost, the other I get 20% back of a purchase that was over £50;
