The watch they sent me was not even posted to there web page

I couldn't believe how quickly I received my new knife. Exactly what I ordered.

I've been wanting a classic field watch for some time now. I came across Swiss Outpost and was overjoyed at finding the exact model at the lowest price I've seen. When I spoke to a customer representative, he was courteous and answered all of my questions. It shipped quickly, came in the Wenger silver case, and was ticking the perfect time and date.

Specifically for the Women's Classic Field Watch (stainless steel): It's gorgeous. I've been needing an analog watch with a larger face than the tiny watches usually marketed for women. I also needed the 24 hour increments. The numbers and date indicator are easy to read. The indiglo on the hands is a really nice touch and works very well.

As for the sizing, I'm fairly small (5'3" 117 lbs), so I had to take the watch to a local jeweler to size it appropriately. He had to take out 5 links and make every re-sizing adjustment the watch allows before it fit my wrist. It's loose, but not so that it turns under my wrist, which I find highly annoying. In short, if it fits my tiny wrists, I have no doubt it can fit any woman's wrist. There is even one more link that can be removed, so if your wrists are even smaller I'm betting it would still fit. I highly recommend taking it to a jeweler for this task.

Overall, I could not be happier with this watch. It does everything that I need it to do and it's beautiful. I've gotten several compliments on it. I'd recommend Swiss Outpost from here on out! Thank you so much!

I have some problems with using and losing the tweezers and toothpicks that come with the pocket knives. I didn't find them at the online website but when I contacted swissoutpost.com by email I got a response immediately and they sold me replacements for the tweezers and toothpicks at a very reasonable price. The contact, Robert Grove, was friendly, courteous and accommodating.

I mistakenly wrote a phone number wrong on a second input line. I received a call to verify I actually made the purchase (they called on the correct number). Grateful that a company goes the extra step even though it was my own mistake. Watch I received had the plastic cover removed from the back and there were some scratches on the watch as it looks like it had been on the display for a while. Seems okay since it was an older model, but I would have preferred to have the protective plastic on and no scratches. Watch received in a couple days. Very prompt delivery. If ever the want to purchase another watch or similar item I would go to Swissoutpost again.
