The team at Swiss vans have done another fantastic job on my ford ranger and ASHLEY WESTCOTT who I dealt with throughout the process couldn’t be more helpful.
This has been the second vehicle I’ve bought from Swiss vans and ASHLEY in the past year I would definitely reckoned him. Great service and product knowledge keep it up.👍🏻👍🏻

Enquired about a van on Tuesday signed for it Thursday delivered the following Wednesday.

First van we ordered was cancelled by supplier but they found a new one within a few days. Delayed a couple of times but I suppose to be expected all things considered. Will use Swiss and Gregory again.

Had been looking for a VW Transporter for nearly six months to be told no stock and and 18 month wait. Phoned Swiss Vans spoke with Greg who had a supplier with a stock van, my lucky day! Paperwork done in two days and delivery the week later, I’m still pinching myself!

BEWARE. This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I do not normally leave reviews but felt that i should share with others so they dont make same mistake as me. I ordered a lease van and was told i would recieve van within 7 to 10 days. 8 to 9 weeks later still hadnt recieved van. I was informed pretty much every week that van should arrive the following week but nothing materialised. Bunch of liars. I give up hope with recieving van from these jokers and decided to go to another company who did as promised and delivered a van within 10 days. Please do not waste your time with swiss vans. Please note another lie regarding their reply to this review. Not once did swiss vans mention that the new van was on standstill due to px. Also please read other negative reviews as IAN always has a smug review to send back to the customers. Ian sounds like an arrogant pig who is never in the wrong.

I’ve recently taken delivery of my new transit custom and although I ordered it over a year ago, I couldn’t be happier. The team at Swiss vans have done a fantastic job on the van and Alex Borley who I dealt with throughout couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much. Will definitely be using Swiss vans again when’s it time to renew. 👍👍

Very personable service from the lads in sales. Would be good to offer a more bespoke service whereby purchasers could physically meet to build a vehicle rather than it all be done via email/phone calls - something to consider.
Obviously the pandemic through up elongated delivery dates, which was painful when not knowing how long I was going to have to wait, but when it suddenly turns up out of the blue all the huffing and puffing fades away and now enjoying the new van. Cheers everyone at Swiss

Very good experience I’m struggling to find anything negative to say about Swiss vans

My experience of Swiss Vans was a very good one. Given the current global shortage of new vehicles and difficulties in obtaining them I feel that the Sales Guy, Simon Lewis, went out of his way to get me a new van. I had initially ordered a new Van back in October and was prepared to wait potentially 9 months to get it due to the shortage. However, in February I desperately needed the van and Simon pulled out the stops to help me get it. There were a few problems along the way but I don't believe that Swiss Vans were the cause of any of them. Ultimately I ended up with a Brand New Van at the beginning of March. It wasn't quite the full spec' that I had originally ordered but given the recent price rise and the lack of new vehicles I was pleased to make a few minor sacrifices to get a new van. This is the second van I have bought from Swiss Vans and I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them.
