I regret every dollar paid to Switch It Title Exchange to help us get out of our timeshare. And I'm struggling to believe the 4-5 star ratings. How? Why? When our experience has been so very different from those. We began working with Switch It Title Exchange in Oct 2022 to exit our timeshare. We were promised our timeshare exit would be resolved between 6 months to 1 year. In the meantime we were still obligated to not only pay them to help us exit but also continue our timeshare fees (without using the timeshare) until the exit was completed. There has been little communication with Switch It and when we've received or initiated that communication we hear the same message with little progress on their end to show for any movement closer to the completion of the exit.
It is now Mar 2026 and the last communication we received from them was Jan 2025! In that communication they stated:
I'm just reaching out to let you know our office has received the Estoppel we requested from your resort. "This Estoppel (Unit Verification) verified your ownership details, and will allow us to move forward with this transfer. We've added it to your file and have begun the processing stage for this portion of the transfer.
Your file will be passed to our Transfer team while this information is processing and they will begin preparing your file for closing."
It took over 3 years to get to this point in the process!!
I cannot stress enough how much I believe this company is a sham!
Oh and I will add that we are not allowed to contact our timeshare company to ask how the process can be moved along. SWITCH IT IS A COMPLETE SHAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM...IF IT EVEN REALLY EXISTS!!

They don't deliver sales, no response to emails, won't answer phone calls. Bad business. We started the process over 9 months ago.

Alan and Joelle were absolutely terrific! They were both extremely helpful and provided guidance and answered all our questions. We had 2 timeshares were wanted out if and they were very knowledgeable and knew all the specifics.

SwitchIt helped us transfer 2 properties to another owner. The process is never easy or enjoyable, but SwitchIt made the best of it for us and we were very pleased with their work and the results. We would definitely use them again!

There are no words that I can express that are positive enough for the experience I had working with her and switch It. Unbelievable service. Unbelievable professionalism and unbelievable communication. Whenever I Emailed her she would often reply within 5 minutes.. I was always kept in the loop with the progress and when things went a little south with a buyer she was the first to reach out to me with a solution to move it forward. She made my whole experience a positive one and I would not hesitate to work with her again. The worst part of all this is that I won't hear from her anymore as often as I did prior to the sales.

Finally, an honest company.
It’s not a quick process but they get the job done.

This company is amazing. We tried other companies including the big name Financial company. Switch It blew them away with customer service. We actually felt like they were guiding us through the process step by step. They made it easy and we have never felt more free. I recommend them for anyone trying to get from underneath a vacation plan that isn't working for your family.
