excellent customer service and very reasonable price

Very happy with the service we have received throughout this process. Cheryl is very friendly, down to earth and definitely knows her stuff. She has saved our business a fortune - actually as much as our domestic electric bill is every year.
She was patient and we did not feel we were getting a hard sell at any time through the last few weeks, she let us go at our own pace.
Would highly recommend her to anyone who is confused or looking to change energy suppliers.

Lorraine is friendly, to the point and pro active which is a breath of fresh air to be honest.

It was a delight dealing with Cheryl, whose friendly personality made the whole exercise very easy and a pleasure to deal with. She found us an excellent deal which will save us several thousands of pounds.

The initial online contact worked smoothly and a series of chats and mails went very smoothly.
I only hope that the transfer from our original supplier will go smoothly and the promised smart meter exchange goes well

Initially used the website - which was easy to use, but the prices returned were 'OK' - but then Cheryl called, and everything went from OK to Fantastic. She was able to work out some amazing options for our business, was very thorough and explained everything so well. I've often found I can beat Business Utility brokers just using supplier websites - but Cheryl and Switch My Business did have be truly beaten! Highly recommended - from someone that's hard to impress!

Totally disappointed with the service , was mis sold my electricity and unknown to main have now found out that I am in a three year unbreakable contract, would be really wary of companies like this as there is always an agenda for them to get kickbacks and they are not open and honest.
