I looked at the website, filled in all my information, then left the page to check wether it was a scam or something. Never authorized it to be ordered. I have been getting billed for it monthly for 5 months now and do not have information to get it cancelled. I even changed my debit card #, and now they are charging my new card. How do i get them to cancel. I never even got anything from them to even use, seeing as im being charged.

Update, the company got back to me immediately, and cancelled and refunded my charges. I didnt know where to get in touch with them, so obviously they care about their reviews, to be checking trustpilot. As long as all the money is refunded, i am happy. So i guess i could say that even tho i had an issue with them and only gave them 1 star, now i can give them at least 4 stars due to their customer service remedying the situation, like a professional company. Thank you.

I waited several weeks for my journal. I was disappointed with the product. Then I get a charge to my account for $43.99. I did not sign up for online help. It was definitely not clear that there would be a monthly charge. I thought I was buying just a journal. The fact that you can not talk to a person confirms to me that this company is scamming buyers!

Ordered Dec. 17, 2025, still have not received order. Sent email to support waiting for their reply. After reading mixed reviews, starting to feel scammed. I ordered 3 products and so far, have only been charged for those.

Journal is missing consecutive pages. Reached out to them via their online customer service link and through the email that confirmed my order and I never heard back from them.

I purchased $70 worth of materials from this company about 2 weeks ago. I was told on the receipt that I would receive an email about my order, but I never got one. What I did get was another charge for a membership that I was unable to cancel because there was no way of doing that on the website. I still have not heard anything about my books and I'm being charged for something I don't have. I'm getting ready to file a complaint somewhere where they'll listen.

Update:
I finally received the notebooks, but at the same time they answered my last email where I threatened to return them, just to get a response. Instead they refunded me.

I really believe I was talking to AI created emails, because it would ignore questions I asked and answer ones I did not, no personality to it. I'm going to see if I can get an actual person, as is I'm very interested in the whole program, not just the books.

If someone at Switch Research could get in touch with me, on the phone preferably, that would be great!

I would not really know how good they are, because I’ve been trying to get their support for my purchase issues, so I won’t/can't touch them it until it’s resolved. I want them, but I’m about ready to return them, if someone other than an automated response doesn’t get back with me very soon.

I’m just starting on this journey, but I am excited as I’ve already felt a connection with others along the way. ❤️

A lot of thought and attention went into their journals and planners, im a fan! And they have sales all the time which is great

This company provides truly superb research based journals and planners for helping with a variety of mental health issues. It also offers other services like therapy talks, etc. As well as periodic give away gift bundles. I have received tremendous help from their products and other services. I highly recommend this company!!

I love all of the free content this company offers. I purchased a couple of journals, but they truly want to give you the tools to better yourself! So they offer a ton of free content too. Thanks for making the world a better place!

My experience with switch has been eye opening. They have made me aware of being able to deal with my emotions in a healthy way. I have learned to love myself and take time each day to take care of myself.

This guided journal is fantastic. I am only a few days into it and am already feeling different. I have already noticed a significant shift in my thoughts toward myself. I am very hard on myself and always have been. But I am now learning how to celebrate myself for all I have been through and all of my perseverance. I am able to look back at the hard seasons of my life and not be judgemental towards myself for struggling, but respecting and honoring the strength I had to make it through. It has already made such a huge difference and I can't wait to see what lies ahead in this healing journey!

The journals are very high quality and walk you through the process with actionable steps.
