Ordered some sockets and switches for my kitchen, they where brilliant quality. The lady (Kirsty) was very helpful when helping me place the order. Delivery arrived earlier than expected, which was an added bonus. Would 100% recommend this company.

We needed special sockets urgently. This company went beyond the norm. We were told the sockets would be with us the next working day. We had a phone call saying we do not have enough of these sockets and some could be delivered the next day but some would be much later.
Another phone call, we can deliver what you need tomorrow but one is slightly different. What a company! We will recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE !

Item as described. There was a supply / stock issue. We were kept in p to date and offered options regarding the order. Delighted by Customer Service. A good purchase.

Although the items arrived on time and in good condition I had issues with the items breaking during installation, the switches are not of suitable quality. The main problem is that no one answers the phones or responds to the chat messages.
I'm now stuck with faulty items and no response at all from Switchsocketandsupplies. Less than ideal in my view plus all the rework of getting the sparkies in again to rectify the issue

Always a pleasure to buy from no problems with payment or delivery. The website is a doddle to navigate. Plus the only place I can get Georgian Brass fittings and know they are safe. From all my looking, I believe you won't find a larger selection of electrical sockets or switches.

Leah was great but delivery went awry and the parts didn't arrive in time. despite listing saying black, ordered bronze apparently, good job Leah noticed.
Ordered the wrong switch and refund policy, meant no money back.

Some of the sockets I have bought are very poor quality and also the package worth over £800 suppose to be delivered with 2 working day but took over 5 days !
