there is a supposed "money back guarantee". My Swng did not work. I reached out to Customer Service who asked for a video of the product not working. Sent video. Their response: "Thank you for sending the video.
Unfortunately, we are unable to access or view the file.
Could you please upload the video to Google Drive and send us the link? Please make sure the sharing permissions are enabled so we can access and review it.
Once we are able to view the video, we will forward it to our logistics team and continue assisting you with the next steps."
I declined and called it all a scam.

So sorry I didn't read reviews either, packaging was horrible and my device did not work. I emailed multiple times. It didn't even come with directions. They wanted me to send a video of me using the unit - I told them no thank you and sent back. The only thing you may develop by getting this unit is maybe. patience because it takes a great deal of patience to get to the customer service. Also, the customer service was polite but not effective. I would not recommend getting this device. Find another brand the concept is good.

I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order. They are total scam!! As others have said, it arrived as “swing trainer” instead of “swing” and wrapped in a plastic bag with ugly duck tape all over. Moreover, it didn’t work! So I contacted the customer service and they said I should try this and that and asked me to send videos of me trying, which I did. I firmly said I wanted a full refund and they said I am responsible for the shipping even for the defective item. I said there is no such clause on their website or whatsoever, and they simply said it is my responsibility! I am so pissed now. What a terrible mistake I made!

The package I received was poorly wrapped and the box looked used. The product didn't work at all. I contacted the vendor for the 30-day guaranteed refund, and they resent the link to the instructions. I contacted them again and they haven't responded.

If I can give 0 stars (or negative stars), I would. What is on swnglab.com is not what you get. Be prepared that the fancy gift box and SwngPro will be knock offs. They offer a Money Back Gaurantee, No Questions Asked on their website, but when I mentioned that the gift box was damaged (was supposed to be a gift and the package was literally just wrapped in a packaging bag tightly around the box) and I seemed to have been sent an off brand "swing trainer" instead of one with the SWNG logo, the customer rep said that was the correct item. When I requested a refund, crickets. It's been over 24 hours since I heard from them (versus hearing back between 5-7 hours of sending my emails). Unlike the other reviewer, I was not offered any money back yet.

Swnglab.com advertises a branded tennis swing trainer with SWNG logo. However, what they send you is a knockoff generic version with Chinese characters and no logo.

Company shows a 100% money back guarantee on their website stating "...simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will give your money back. No questions asked." Above this copy it states: "See the difference or pay nothing".

Company refused to honor the money back guarantee asking for $20 return shipping charges and attempting to negotiate offering 20%, then 50%, and then 70% discounts instead (obv none of which are "paying nothing").
