Great service, very cheap prices and super speedy delivery. I ordered on Friday and package was here first thing Monday.
Highly recommend!

I placed an order early December. Dispatched straight away and given a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number something else came up. I chased up with several emails which were never returned. Now, 2 months later the company says the Courier has returned the parcel due to 'attempted delivery'. No delivery was attempted as I don't have the parcel!! I have followed up with the company who are charging me for the delivery service even though they can't say why the parcel was not delivered. Basically they try to absolve themselves by saying its out of their hands as a 'third party delivery company'. The employee, Dean, even tried to look up my address and suggest it was my fault for not knowing that the company may not deliver to my rural area. How would I know that unless someone told me? he spent 10 minutes trying to find every excuse why the lack of delivery was my fault. I'm sure they are fine if everything goes according to plan but beware if there are any issues at all.

In response to Sydney Solvents reply: your commitment to customer service? Truly sorry? You didn't say any of that one the phone yesterday so it is a little disingenuous to start now when you have an audience. You did refund the product but NOT THE DELIVERY FEE FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. Also it is funny how none of my previous emails were located but thre first email I sent after our convo yesterday from my same address to your same address was answered immediately. Happy to send through evidence of all my correspondence. So I did try to contact you as per the info on your website suggests..you give an email address so I used that. Please stop trying to lay the blame in my court. Regardless of whether it is a third party courier or not, my transaction was with YOU. If the delivery did not happen it is up to you to refund my money that you took for the delivery ( although you tried to claim that you had paid twice for that even though my invoice says $30 for delivery) and you take it up with the delivery company. As for the delivery company and yourselves, I got no info about when the package was arriving, the tracking number changed to a different one when I put it to the Courier company website. There were no tracking updates from when it left the warehouse on the 10 Dec to when there was a notice of an 'attempted delivery' on the 13th January.
This is just an example of poor service and dodging responsibility.
