I wanted to return my order. I tried emailing the company, but got no response for two weeks. Sent the package back, paying for the shipping. The package has arrived at their warehouse more than two weeks ago, and I still got no refund, nor any response to my emails, or instagram DM's. This is crazy. My order number is #83176

Alle Shops hatten 12/2025 die gleiche Adresse in London / Baker Street, doch dort befindet sich (auf Nachfrage) nur das Sherlock Holmes Museum.
Wir hatten Kleidung bestellt, was nach 14 Tagen geliefert wurde war Fake-Kleidung aus China. Verpackt in einer typischen grauen Plastiktüte mit dem Absender "Shipper only, not seller". Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich.
Bezahlt hatten wir mit VISA, jedoch hat plötzlich Paypal eine Zahlung an "Smart Tech Energy" bestätigt.
Aktuell liegt der Fall bei VISA/Paypal und wir hoffen unser Geld zurückzugekommen.

This shop is a fake one. Beware. I order a coat and it never arrive. I contact the company, they told me they will send me back another one, nothing. Now they told me both coat arrive at destination and I signed for. Never trust this company.
Unfortunately, my experience with Syna has been disappointing.
After cancelling my order, I only received a partial refund – the replacement voucher for the rest of the amount was issued but doesn’t work. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the issue remains unresolved. I expected better support from a brand I trusted.

They do not ship your orders for weeks. My order has not been shipped for over 4 weeks when it was expected to vome way before Christmas 2024 and still has not arrived!
Customers service is very very bad - they barely ever reply and even then do not help whatsoever!
They only selleing because if central cees name but dont really know how to manage a business.
Just stick to the trap because this business stuff aint for you lot.
It's been over two weeks since I ordered it. I received an email saying it would be shipped by the 13th, but it's already been few days since then. I am very worried because my package always arrives within a week of ordering.
Even if you contact customer support, you will get an automatic response from a bot and will not be able to speak.
I love this brand, I have ordered 8 different times and I got my items quickly every time and in perfect condition. Big up Cench and the mandem <3
