I have used this company for seven months now (and have used four other companies as well (to compare and also to ensure contingency plans). I just posted this review on their website, but I see it really needs to be here, to counter some reviews that really puzzle me and don't match my experience with Synap. The quality is good and always consistent. Prices and shipping rates are decent. The free USPS First-Class Package shipping option will save you some money, but it can take anywhere from 3 to 9 days, so plan and budget conservatively if you choose this option. All the other shipping options are nearly 100% accurate as described. The loyalty program and occasional sales are nice perks. What really makes this company better than all the others is their exceptional customer service. Out of 30+ orders, there have only been three small issues, one of which was their fault, one was the shipper's fault, and one was my fault. In all instances they immediately responded and resolved the issue.

If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable place to order your tia at i guarantee you cant go wrong with this site. Theyve been open for a while and ive never had a problem with quality or customer service, infact they have better customer service then any buisness ive ever had to deal with. Recently on my last order fed ex over night seemed to have lost my order and i had to wait a couple days calling to try to see what happend and fedex let me down, but i simply sent an email to synaptex and they helped me and were so patient and helpful every step of the way, they sent me another order through usps express and i finally got my order right away even though it was fedex fault ! Quality as always was 100% . I have no idea why these scammers are writing all those false accusations on here i guess just to scare off clients/customers for some reason, it doesnt even make sense what there implying. But im a 305 miami man and we keep it real and synaptex is definaltley the spot to go to i promise you 💯 anyways thanks synaptex for your great service and great tiaa. #1 vendor out here in my opinion ! 😤😈

I have ordered from this company many times and they have always come through I have noticed when I place a order before I really need it that it takes some time to receive it but when I place a order and I'm almost about to be sick from not having it that it comes super fast lol it like they have a junky is in withdrawal radar and they ship it out fast and I get it fast synaptex unlimited I f...ING love you guy very junky friendly company they are the go to for your got to have it now needs.you know I was taking it I have the emails from yall of me asking will it stop my opiate withdrawal and yall said so how about I post them emails you F's now you want to not like my review

Notice how there haven't been any positive reviews on their product in about a year on their website? That's because the truth is being told here - do listen to the negative reviews! It is not just slander as they claim. People choose to be anonymous with their reviews often because they do not want to receive backlash from the company personally in any way. They respond very aggressively to all negative reviews on here, so why would one want to subject themselves to anymore of that by identifying their customer name or order at all? Think about it. Clearly, they are lacking customer service skills, which is not just on here, but through their customer-base as well when handling orders and inquiries.

Anyways, I recently decided to try their sodium again and see if there were any quality changes. It's actually worse than the last time I ordered. I believe they sent me sulfate instead (though labeled as sodium, of course..) or sent me a mixed product with phenibut as others have stated. It did not act as usually tianeptine sodium would and also does not have the same appearance as it - very gritty type of texture whereas better sodium products I've had tended to be more "fluffy". Also, no positive effects with it, actually rather uncomfortable reactions.

Glad to say this will be my last time giving them a chance. No more money wasted here with them. Consider the same if you are either a new or returning customer.

So I had been Purchasing from this company for a while. They have good products only problem is their sulfate is often laced with methadone or a metabolite of methadone because I tested positive three times for methadone On a drug test.
The wife claimed it was absolutely impossible, the husband said he would look into it but that they don’t actually do their own purity analysis.
What I’ve noticed is if you are a first time buyer of their Tianeptine sulfate It’s heavily cut with methadone. When you go to buy from them a second time there’s not as much but still some. Buyers beware. It seems it’s only the sulfate that they do this with. If your sulfate Takes about an hour to kick in and seems to last 24 hours, it’s methadone laced. What sucks is I don’t know if they’re using the left-handed isomer or the right. They lie. Good product tho.

I was actually just going through the reviews before I bought anything, But honestly.... Even if the person who is giving you a bad review is the same person OR NOT. The business response was enough to make me look else where, I'm sorry it just wasn't very professional.

So I ordered tianeptine sulfate from this website and when I received it I noticed it looked funny compared to other tianeptine sulfate I have received in the past from everywhere else.. It was not as light and fluffy as sulfate is supposed to be, the consistency is totally off and does not look right compared to other sulfate products I have received from many different vendors, it almost looked like sodium with the way the texture was. On the other hand, their sodium seemed to be on point or at least decent compared to other vendors.. not too sure why their sulfate was like that though.

They're absolutely the best vendor for the specific products. Sodium and sulfate are both top notch quality, still haven't tried the free acid yet. Prices are the lowest of any US vendor I've been able to find. The free shipping arrived to my home in Texas literally less than 48 hrs after I placed the order and they ship from Florida! If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Great product and the quality is on point. Ordering is simple and easy. Several payment options are available. Customer service is typically good, my only gripe is I sent a PM on 3/23. I had an issue with their loyalty rewards, I claimed my reward however the discount was not applied and didn't reflect on my bill I believe there was a glitch, never had an issue like this in the past. I received no communication from Chris. Again great product delivered in a timely manner.

Pretty much the same experience as the previous reviewer, Jeremy, has noted. They are a shady business dealing out shoddy product. They are smart in the fact that they know their costumer base is unknowledgeable of what they are actually getting and think it will be easy to write off the differences of what people experience when taking their products each time. Their product is not pure tianeptine in any way. I suppose maybe there once a time where there was, because my first order with them the weighing and consistency of the product seemed accurate to actual tianeptine. That's typical, though... give a first-timer buyer a good taste to ensure they come back, and then play tricks so they try to chase the same feeling by ordering again hoping for that first time to come back again. Don't put yourself through the cycle. The only thing their business is run on is deception, not selling quality product. Also, check our their "tax" stacks up, too. Compared to other places to buy tia, there's no such tax that should add up like that. Then the discounts that are given are just meant to take away the tax amount, so you don't really save any money. Everything is just a con!

Called him out in his own forums and calls me a liar when i claim his tia sodium was cut with phenibut (a much cheaper compound). Dude is always running out of sodium and based off his reviews on his website, NOBODY buys his phenibut. Therefore this swindler decided to cut edges with a minimum ordering new customer. Probably thought i was trying out tianeptine for the first time. Nope. I'm a veteran in both tia and pheni, so believe me i know what they are. If you value your hard earned money, don't be stupid and stay away from these con "masters". LOL

Its funny how these guys thinks im the same person writing the other 1 star review, believe me i have a life. i didnt not spend $80, i spent the very minimum to test the waters. If owner has any sense of basic comprehension he could clearly see we are two different reviewers(me ordering one time other guy ordered multiples but go ahead keep playing your games see how far it gets you. but the other reviewer i got screwed over the very first time.

(This person made no attempt to contact us whatsoever to try and correct his situation, instead they went straight to public forums to spread lies and slander blah blah blah)

Straight BS i contacted them through live chat and got ignored. keep on making up lies and you'll never grow as a vendor.
