What a lifesaver of a company. Jamie and Cameron have been so good to us and very supportive when difficulties with staffing are thrown at us. Communication is great and I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company to work for. Friendly staff who answer any question, competitive pay and an overall amazing agency. Maxine was quick and efficient whilst onboarding and answered all questions quickly. Jamie was brilliant as an agency connection. I recently joined Syngery carers and my experience has been nothing but positive - both cameron, jamie and maxine are responsive, helpful, attentive and thorough in their work. My pay is always on time and accurate, the shifts are easy to pick up and flexible. Always understanding of when life happens. Couldn’t fault them :)
