Service incomplete they vanished.

I hired this company to develop a business plan, I paid and we agree they will deliver 4 items, while I got the business plan, all others 3 items were never delivered, neither the uncial payment invoice. What happened? both Sai Kishore and Priya Kishore just vanished from earth, they just do not reply to any emails, messages no longer get their WhatsApp, they not reply contact form from their website. Unless they died in an accident, I see no excuses to do this. Hope they see this complaint and do something about it.

I rarely write reviews, but if I did not, I would be doing a great disservice to Sai and the team for their spectacular work, dedication, and professionalism in their craft.

I finally hit a bit of luck and started to embark on my dream start-up. For this relatively complex journey, I would certainly need a business plan.

I needed to get a feasibility study done and I did the daunting job of hiring a firm just based on online reviews and a very "feel good" initial conversation I had with Mr. Sai Kishore, the founder of the company. There's actually another reason for hiring the firm - the price quoted was much lower than one other firm I had shortlisted.
And I was skeptical, very very skeptical as I also know the maxim...."you get what you pay for."
Anyway, today the project is complete. It has been a total delight. Mr. Kishore was a complete to work with - very responsive, very good listener and understands what the client needs.
The feasibility report of 85 pages was very well researched, well compiled and presented very well.
The requests for changes was always well taken and done as requested.
It was an absolute pleasure interacting with Mr. Kishore. He was never rushed and gave his 100 % attention every-time we had a call and I shall miss those interactions.
