I have been working with Artem since the summer, he is very knowledgable and makes sure that our training sessions are fun but challenging. He does not just focus on physical well being but mental well being too and always offers suggestions to improve it. He has helped me a lot with stress and how to help my body feel better. Artem is always super friendly, fun and brings good energy.

Hey Gemma, I believe training is a tool that can be used to manifest everything around your lifestyle that you're maybe struggling with or need encouragement with. Providing challenges will help you to break through life struggles as well as self-growth to gain better confidence at everything you're doing and as you mentioned managing stress as it's crucial to keep stress low. Approach and warm energy to lift you up that will improve your days for better as well yourself that you are in control of everything, you just have to have the right tools in order to improve your fitness journey and wellbeing.

Really enjoying working with Artem, just what I needed - a designated training and nutrition plan. Results are evident and Artem is always on hand with guidance/great communication. Would definitely recommend!!

in 15 years of training i have never had a personal trainer that goes so far above and beyond to help with all aspects of my gym progress - not just workouts and diet … but mental health for motivation, sleep patterns, planning training around personal life … the list goes on - at 40 i am now in the best shape of my life and have no doubts that i wouldn’t be, had it not been for SYP!

The years of training can be reduced drastically by having the right approach and plan, that is why I am here to provide you with an experienced programme that works specifically for you. We have taken time to adjust your training accordingly as the body responds and progresses safely over time, to ensure everything is solid before we move forward with quality lean muscle gains! I am pleased to hear it has improved your motivation, lifestyle by tracking everything more, which I think is 100% worth it!
