Still haven’t received my order and was provided a lame excuse that my address is not deliverable? I have lived here for 5 years and the address is very much valid and definitely gets packages delivered. Never doing business with yall again. This was my first order and will definitely be my last! I’ll be sure to spread the word too! !! Ridiculous!!

It takes WAY too long to get my order
It takes WAY too long to get my order. And then it is not packed very well and sometimes the box is damaged and I get broken bottles. I think this will be my last order. I have complained about the packaging before and it did NOT good.
The USPS sucks and does not care about how they handle packages.

I ordered two syrups on October 21 and…
I ordered two syrups on October 21 and received a notice that it was to be delivered on the 28th and then it was delayed and said it would be delivered on the 30th. It is now November 1 and I still have not received it. Unfortunately they do not update anything with delivery. This is very disappointing.

Strong aftertaste, but great service
The online ordering, quick shipping/delivery, price of the product, we're all great! I would give 5 stars except the Butterscotch Syrup has a pretty strong after taste. I'm working with it, and find i can like it better diluted. Half n Half works great!

The return policy is fair, other products good
The return policy is fair, although we're terribly disappointed in the sugar-free syrups the other syrups are fine. We like the variety of flavors. We also prefer glass bottles of which this company doesn't offer.
We would certainly buy more once we use this order.
We would likevto see small bottle collections in order to try a variety of products before buying full bottles. Offering small size sample collection packages would also reduce returns because the customer can sample before committing to full size.
