Sent emails, no replies, tried to call numerous times, no reply not taking calls due to staff shortages..... sorry, but that doesn't help the customer, had people emailing me annoyed cause nothing was... Ver más

Usually news about buses is bad: fares going up or services cancelled. So when Travelmaster market a new discount card for 18-22 year olds on which you can load a week's pass for £15.60, you would think it is good news at last. No - many bus (especially Stagecoach) drivers & tram conductors refuse to accept that the Zoom card is anything more than an entitlement to an 80p ride. We bought a week's pass for my son, who is not a confident traveller and he was constantly having to pay extra. Travelmaster says that it is easy to contact. No it's not. Nobody seems to answer the phone and response to emails takes 2 days. The response to our problems has been very lukewarm. In essence Travelmaster are selling a product which doesn't work.

Terrible customer experience. My bus pass stopped working and they refused to give me a refund on a weekly ticket that I was unable to use. Avoid at all costs.

South Yorkshire Travel Master Day tickets are very useful for our learners enabling them to travel to and from college. The scratch card tickets are easy to use and we have experienced a very efficient service when placing an order, with prompt delivery.
