Your website sucks! I have tried to order the light blue pant set 11 times. Your website lets me put in my information but then ask me for country. There is no place to add country. Help!

I would have appreciated a confirmation…
I would have appreciated a confirmation email from Syzell when my order was placed. I did appreciate the follow up email after my order was delivered.
Unfortunately, I attempted to return one of my items. I emailed for returns authorization. The response was to ask for an exchange. When I said no, I was offered about 20 % of the price I paid. I then had to go to my credit card company to get the refund. Buyer beware.

Why put a pocket on a beautiful blouse?
The blouses are beautiful BUT they never should have put a pocket on them. Throws the design off, detracts from the beauty of the blouse and is a total waste of material!! Why put a pocket on a dressy blouse ? just not needed at all!!!
