Similar Concerns as Transact365 / T365 Group
I’m posting this review as a caution to others in the payments space regarding t365.io, which appears closely related to Transact365 / T365.
Based on my direct professional experience with the wider group, serious concerns have arisen around contractual payment practices and accountability once significant sums become due.
In my case, services were delivered under agreement, yet a major payment has remained outstanding for more than six months. When pursued, responsibility was repeatedly shifted between different entities, creating confusion over which organisation actually controls the funds.
Communication has also been extremely poor, follow-ups are routinely ignored, with emails and requests left unanswered.
Given the similarities in branding, operations, and entity structure, I would strongly advise prospective clients and partners to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with t365.io or any associated Transact365 / T365 companies.
