The delivery guys were great in bringing in stove, left it in the hall, took out old stove when I showed I had that written on invoice. Apparently, they are not authorized to remove screws from a simple door so new stove can be brought into my kitchen and put in place. Good thing I was able to do it myself. After I removed door I placed stove in place. We do love the stove. Advice: measure widths before purchase. It all worked out. Thanks TA and drivers

Your consistent request for reviews are insane!
I went in to simply buy a floor model dishwasher and although the service was just fine for that my rating has now done a 180 as I've now been asked to do a review 4 times via email and 3 text messages (this email AFTER I opted out) of receiving more.
This is blatant harassment at this point! You've gone from someone that was happy to someone that has now given you a 1 star review based on the insane amount of asks for a simple purchase off the floor.

Everything seemed fine
Everything seemed fine. Was told the dishwasher would be ready in 3 weeks. We had to call after a month to find out what was going on only to be told it wasn't going to be there for a month and a half. Would've been nice to have been updated earlier. I don't think I will be shopping at Ta appliances again

While we’re glad everything initially seemed fine, we understand how frustrating it is to be quoted a 3‑week timeline and then have to follow up yourself after a month, only to learn of a much longer delay. You’re absolutely right that earlier and more proactive communication should have been provided. Even when delays are outside of our control, keeping our customers informed is our responsibility, and we apologize for falling short in this case.

Great service …
We have dealt with TA appliances for many years. We have rental units and also our own home. They are very competitive in their pricing and have fantastic service ,we deal with the Barrie location. We recommend anyone in that area to ask for Jesse he is friendly. He gets back to you quickly and is very helpful.
