Craig went above and beyond to help me get my table on time. He is honestly a pleasure to interact with.

Had an issue with some damage with my first cue. Sent them a message and it was actioned almost immediately, new cue sent and old one collected. No fuss. I'm more than happy with the service I received.

Ordered a cue from table time sports .. messaged the company to ask for a specific tip size . Got a prompt reply from Craig who was very helpful and kept me up to date with everything . Cue was received a couple of days later in perfect condition and well packaged . Forgot to add a promo id seen on pool school for some wee freebies and mentioned to Craig and he was happy to honour this and sent them out . I purchased the Bullet Britania cue from TableTime following a review from the poolschool. Craig was such a pleasant individual to communicate with, who swiftly answered all of my queries. Putting alot of trust purchasing a cue without physically going to the shop can be daunting, but rest assured my experience was first class. Highly recommend 👌

I have got to say Craig at Table Time sports was brilliant, I wanted to change the cue I had purchased because the grain was to busy for my liking,
I contacted Craig via the chat on their site and he helped me Pick out a cue that was spot on for me, this was the Britannia Exocet cue 8.5mm tip. Lovely wiehgt and fantastic to play with.

My son purchased a cue from here, it was just over a week for delivery, was updated every step of the way, personal email to say when it would be dispatched etc to me a personal touch that we appreciated, as it can be frustrating waiting for your email stating out for delivery. My son loves his new cue and was delivered with care in protective packaging. All round good experience would defo recommend.
