Like all native add platforms Taboola can be quite complicated for a beginner to use. I was delighted to have some specific guidance on how to optimize my campaigns.

Jus been threatened with legal action if we dont pay over £2k for 11,000 clicks that generated no form fills.
As they said when we queried this: "...traffic is paid for on a cost per click model, rather than a performance model..." and "...you are liable to pay..."
No flexibility on charges after shocking performance after being advised to run a high budget to allow the 'algorithm' to do its work.
Need to say more...??

I signed up with Taboola to display some advertising for them. I own a couple of high traffic web sites. After exchanging some emails with them, we struck a deal and I started running their advertisements.

The particular web site I was running their ads on has been delivering Google Adsense advertising for well over 10 years. The web site also adhered to the strict Google Adsense policies when it came to delivering ads. I was interested to see if there were any viable alternatives to Google’s Adsense out there and Taboola seemed a good alternative.

To my dismay Taboola blocked the Taboola account/login I had after two weeks of delivering advertising for them. I believe the revenue after two weeks stood at more or less $150 worth of advertising that was delivered to them. Trying to contact them to enquire what the problem was, were met with only silence. They simply ignored my emails. To this day I’m still confused to the issue that would make them block the account.

So, there you have it. Being in another country there is absolutely no recourse on this matter. I’ve been scammed out of $150 USD of advertising that Google Adsense would have happily honoured like it did for the past 10 years. At least I can post a complaint in Trustpilot.com! Thank you Trustpilot for your platform so that I could have at least vented my frustration at being blatantly ripped off by Taboola.com!

My nearly 2000$ wasted be aware of this scammers.
And choose other alternative ads then this network:(

Taboola is a clickbait scam for advertisers. Ads that advertisers purchase land on publishers websites that reveal no relevant content to the advert that they are attempting to drive traffic to... resulting in a failed ad spend with no leads or conversions. It's pathetic that Yahoo, Pushnami and a few others... Partnered with them. Their customer service is a big negative issue with me also. Don't even think about using their platform. Taboola 5 Star reviews are made up by their team. Beware... Trust Pilot is in their pocket... !

Taboola is one of the ads system I've ever work with.

They stole money and refused to give it back. They stay . Far away

The support that I had from the company was awesome.

This, company is totally fraudulent with Indian staff. Never ever trust this site. Once you create account they deactivate your account and steal your bank card details and also charge you money for card verification but never refund back to you. Just go for Google ads and Meta ads these are the best platforms to run ads. I just complain about them to cyber crime about these fraudulent company.

Taboola hosts clickbait ads for highly dubious sites that attempt to lure the unwitting, naive and elderly into what are often scams or disreputable businesses by means of deception. Taboola ads are the hallmark of low grafe websites. If I see Taboola I click the X button and tell everyone I know to avoid that site

As Taboola for some reason does not accept debit cards I sent a bank transfer to Taboola on 31 August 2024. On 29 August 2024 I had emailed them from my personal email account as I was having issues with my registered email business address to inform them of this transfer. On 31 August I emailed Taboola again and after an exchange of emails with regards to which account I was talking about they eventually confirmed by email that they had received my bank transfer and it would be showing on my account in 48 business hours. I chased them on 2 August 2024 about this and all of a sudden they cannot do anything unless I emailed them from the registered business email address. This was despite having been able to confirm the payment two days previously when I gave the registered email addess and account number in an email from my personal email address. 8th August which is more than 48 business hours the payment has not been applied.

They got my deposit and stopped replying my emails and never activate the account..
They look legit but act as fraud , be careful

brilliant service and totally oustanding advertising platform that is great and great prices too.

After a months they still sending me statements demanding money despite billing inaccurately.

Avoid them as they are unable to calculate simple transactions (less than 10) , imagine how they can boost your business

Taboola provided excellent email support within a short time. The support person provided everything that I needed in one email. This is the way all customer service should be!

Betrug dem alles gleich ist. Sogar im Ausland nistet sich der Mist verdeckt als Werbung in hiesige Netze und verbreitet Lüge und Abzockseiten.
Warum wird sowas nicht verboten sonder grosszügig akzeptiert?
