Tackle Warehouse has outgrown itself. The orders do not show up on time. Sometimes the orders are not accurate. Prior to 2022 the company did a great job, but have experienced it in years.

Back Orders Charged before Shipment

When you order a back ordered item they charge your credit card immediately and they have not shipped your item nor do they have it in stock. They don’t even know when they will get it or even if they ever will. No other online retailer does this. They need to change this policy. If they need cash this much they may be in financial trouble. Shop Amazon or BassPro.

Tackleware house is usually pretty good but lately all the good stuff is out of stock, the nicer things they used to have they git rid of and the free shipping is the worst shipping service ever. It used to be awesome then they switched to some cheap company and last 2 times hasnt shown up at all when they said it was going too even been 2 weeks since ordered and still dont have my package. They guve u a free return slip for ups and dont even ship.it to you with ups

Refusal to refund charges on unavailable item.

On 12/20/2025 I ordered a number of items from TW and my credit card charged for the order. On 12/22/25 I received an email stating that one of the items, for which I was charged $10.12 plus tax, was out of stock and that I was refunded for the item. However, when I checked the refund, I found that TW refunded me only $8.43. When I contacted TW about the short refund, they informed me on 12/22 that the error would be corrected and the full amount refunded. On 1/7/26, weeks after the correction was to have been made, I again emailed TW about the missing money. On 1/8/26 TW responded that the refund of $8.43 had been made and the issue considered closed. Beware the fraudulent practices of TW.

Worst Customer Service EVER

Paid for UPS 2 day with the intention of getting my gear prior to my Northern Michigan Smallmouth trip. I ordered on a Wednesday morning. On the intended delivery day (Friday), I received an email stating that the 2 day delivery is now arriving on a Tuesday (instead of Friday). That's 6 days from my order day...and I paid for expedited delivery! That's an UNACCEPTABLE level of customer service from a company that bills itself as a leader in fishing tackle. I will NOT repeat.

Tackle Warehouse Order #8918293

Tackle Warehouse Order #8918293. I never received this order. Reported this several times. Contacted via email and telephone. Tackle Warehouse has been stringing me along. It was promised that the money for this order would be refunded. That never happened. I am very disappointed in Tackle Warehouse. I do not recommend purchasing from the Tackle Warehouse website anymore!

Great company to do business with

I have been buying from Tackle Warehouse for 3 years now and am very satisfied with their service. They have gone over and above to help me the few times I have sent something back or had a problem with something. The staff is always very courteous and helpful.
Great selection, website, customer service and fast shipping.
A big thank you to the staff at Tackle Warehouse.

No Satisfaction Guarantee

I ordered a Graph Glass screen protector product for my boat. Since I installed it on my graph and was not happy with it, they said too bad. They told me to contact the manufacture. I cannot return it because it has been installed so they cannot resale it. So I am stuck with a 50 dollar POS.

I ordered from tackle warehouse and they were extremely condescending and not helpful at all

I ordered from tackle warehouse and when UPS was supposed to deliver it, the driver left a note in my box stating attempted delivery. I have three cameras recording that the driver made no attempt to ring the bell and did not attempt to deliver anything. The driver left a note because he didn't want to have me pay duty directly. When I called UPS, they were no help at all. I called tackle warehouse and they told me it was a UPS problem and would not give me a refund. Tackle warehouse customer service were condescending and rude. I will never order from them ever again. I purchase stiff from other fishing stores multiple times a year and have never had such poor customer service. If you live in Canada, never ever order from this place. Appalling customer service.

Poor shipping

I have ordered from this company twice now. 1st time it took almost 2 weeks to get my stuff. Still haven't received 2nd order and it's been over a week. Will not be doing business with them again. There is to many fishing tackle companies that has way better shipping and prices.

Top class service I ordered some items on the 1st August 2023 at about 2pm and My order was dispatched the same day and arrived about 2pm the next day so I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be ordering from them again so we'll done fishing tackle warehouse top class service and very fast delivery too👍👍👍
