1st class customer service. Spoke on the phone to a really cool guy and was given full details of the torch and delivery times. It arrived sooner than expected. Taclight is simply my 'go to' for anything torch/flashlight/taclight related. They have an incredible selection of brands and models. They also have amazon-busting prices.
Communication and shipping is rapid and often free or charge (without having to spend a fortune to access it).
There is little point in shopping anywhere else
