Absolutely shocking.

The food, if you can call it that, was awful and nowhere near the standard you’d expect.

What concerned me even more was the ordering system. It showed our food as “served” long before we actually received anything. In reality, we waited around 25 minutes before any food arrived, yet their system made it appear as though the order had been prepared and served within just a few minutes. If this is deliberate, it gives a completely misleading impression of their service times.

The only positive was the lady serving us, who was polite and seemed to be doing her best in difficult circumstances.

Save your money and eat somewhere else. I certainly won’t be returning.

The food is taking too long to make staff are rude didn’t even offer us a free meal the meal has come cold and missing food.

The customer service was amazing my order came out fast would 100 recommend Taco Bell Basildon

I can't give them a 0 star as there isn't one .
Two weekends on the trot no food .
Last Saturday at about 7 was told they weren't taking anymore order's as .
Tonight 27th June at about 7-30 sign on the door saying closing at 6 because of staff issues. What away to run a business . Kettering

I paid 2.99£ for XL fries... and guess what? I received small portion in a freaking big box. Is that some kind of joke Taco Bell? Really dissapointed.

Food was stunning clean staff were so helpful and trendily

Terrible food had nachos which was just crumbled broken mush and the toilets were disgusting.

When I complained to Taco Bell online just got back generic thank you for your feedback we will pass it on!

I have always seeked out a Tacco bell when in USA. I was so excited to hear there would be one opening up near me! I have now given the restaurant 3 goes & I won’t be using it again. The food is always cold and soggy! The staff work really hard but more staff are need to keep the food hot & fresh. I just received my takeaway delivery and being a chef I probed the food & it was only registered 49•c! Which is not acceptable. GOODBYE TACCO BELL!!!!

Absolutely filthy, food, packaging and rubbish on the floor. Old trays and food left on tables and it's not busy.
The toilet was so bad I wouldnt go into it.
Food was okay, but overall a poor experience.

Went to the Ipswich branch for the first time today . Food was poor quality - awful dry fries, burritos not bad but I brought xl meals and they were tiny ! Lots of staff standing around . Poor service . Will never return . Judging by how quiet it was , nor does anyone else !

I am very disappointed with the tacos I ordered. The chicken was cold and lacked freshness, and the taste suggested it was not recently prepared. Overall, the quality was poor and did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this dish.

Am așteptat 1 ora și 20 minute după comanda si acum am primit amenda că am stat peste o oră in parcare dar este vina lor e un băiat slab și înalt la toco bell scunthorpe din vina lui am stat peste o oră că nu a făcut comanda nu recomand nimănui acolo
