Graham is fantastic at what he does! I would take no hesitation in recommending his courses to anyone. I did my 1st aid at work course with him and he was very informative, as well as energetic and great at keeping everyone alert and attentive throughout the course. Like a knight in shiny white polo shirt armour you came to resolve a one of KJ Smith’s biggest flaws earlier this week. Although a busy and successful niche family law firm we had neglected our health and safety requirements for too long; apparently almost 80% of businesses in this country are not-compliant with the regulations about first-aiders at work and until this week we were one of those firms – but no more!
I am informed by my operations team that from an administrative perspective you were easy to talk to, prompt with your correspondence and flexible with how we as a firm wanted to manage things. Not that it is the most important factor but I understand you are also competitive with the pricing of the courses you offer too.
You attended the headquarters of KJ Smith in Reading on Monday for a day of training lawyers and legal secretaries on first aid both at work and in the community. The ability to have this sort of training on site was invaluable as it meant the office could remain manned and work undertaken in breaks and after the training concluded in mid-afternoon. The content was up to date, relevant and delivered at a pace and in a style suitable to all. By the end of the day all attendees were adept at CPR, using a defibrillator and abdominal thrusts (for choking patients).
As an attendee on your course, and having done multiple first aid courses in the past with different organisations (including some of the most well-known organisations), I can safely say I felt I retained more and learnt more from your course than I ever have before.
I look forward to seeing how you get on teaching us fire marshal training next month but am already confident we are in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to all law firms and businesses.
