Four designers before this agency gave me something that looked like every other logo in my industry. These people actually thought about what makes my business different and designed something that shows that difference.

The logo they designed for my law firm looks cool. Clients have commented on it unprompted in meetings which is not something I ever expected a logo to accomplish.

I was launching a food truck and had less than 3 weeks before opening day. The timeline was stressful, but the team moved quickly and delivered branding that looked far more established than a brand-new business.

I would give is a Zero rating but that is not possible so had to give 1 star. I submitted an order for logo design and paid for it. I heard from a designer pretty quickly, and they wanted to know if I want other things designed too [which I did not]. I had about 3 email exchanges with him right away. After a week I heard nothing [they note it is usually 1-2 days for initial draft]. I emailed customer service twice over the course of a week and also heard nothing. Literally no response for over a week, not even from customer service [and yes I checked my spam folder]. I paid $99 but have no file, no nothing.

I run a pet accessories store, and my branding felt all over the place. After their logo and design work, everything looks more put together. Customers now recognize my brand without me explaining it every time.

I've worked with a couple of design companies before and the experience was always frustrating. Either they didn't listen, or the revisions took forever. Tailored logo designs was different. Turnaround was fast and the quality was quite impressive. I will come back again with more work!
