I can’t find off-the-peg shirts that fit my body type. With Tailors Mark, I was able to set my shirt specifications online, and design shirts that fit me perfectly.

This is a great way to design and get well fitted personalised shirts sent to you in around 6 weeks. I have purchased many shirts from them and they are good quality and a great array of colours. The only reason I haven’t given them 5 stars is that they recently changed their web site and cut out some of the options for adding extras on your shirt in different materials, colours etc.

The quality of the shirts are very good but their customer service is atrocious. I purchased a voucher that didn’t work, they failed to respond to my emails and I never got my money back. So I had to go to my bank for a refund. On another occasion they used the wrong material and again never responded to my emails. I stopped using them as there are other sites that are just as good. It’s a shame they can’t sort out their customer services.

while waiting for my shirts, dispatched a month ago and complaining to your site two days ago as to what happened to the shirts as I still haven't received them, instead of a proper answer, you send me a Review.....

Great Service. I have brought a lot of shirts from them. I find off the shelf shirts don't fit me well nor can I necessarily find the colours and fabrics that I want. Tailors Mark have solved that problem. When you have purchased from them once you also get fairly regular money off deals that make them excellent value. The customer service is also excellent. When a shirt went missing as I accidentally made the order with my old address they re-made the order and re-sent with no cost to me.

Had a issue with the fabric. Tailor Marks reviewed and gave me a replacement shirt. Excellent customer service.
