Excellent products, well made

Ordered 2 shirts IN MAY, and haven't received them in end of November. They have promised me my money back AND to send the shirts, but I haven't received either of these. It takes weeks if not months for the company to respond to e-mails, and now they have stopped doing so at all. Surprising, considering I'm a repeat customer.

Have ordered many times from Tailors Mark. Always a great experience when the package arrives. For many years I could not find shirts that had the right proportions for my body, these days are over...

Used Tailors Mark a few times overs the past 2-3 years for shirts. Well made shirts, quite fun to design, though a little more guidance on fabrics would have been helpful. Had a little issue in the early days with foreign payments due to pound sterling/Australian dollar crossover and what I perceived to be a lack of clarity on their site - but I'm happy this has been resolved.

Rather easy to use, just wait for the discounts before ordering and be prepared to review the shirt to be according to size.

May take a couple of attempts to work out the perfect measurements, but once you've got it sussed, its the only way to buy shirts.
