I just started the app and I am pleased…
I just started the app and I am pleased with how users friendly it is. I'm on day four week one tomorrow and I haven't had any issues with what to do and how to use this. The movements are slow, which I expected - but gives time to be aware of what is coming up. I don't know if this is going to be helpful in my weight loss, but I will keep at it to see what benefits I get from it.

Beware of exorbitant auto renewal…
Beware of exorbitant auto renewal charges! I signed up for a 4 week trial and paid som £15. The auto renewal is not clear nor visible anywhere on the app. You cannot manage or view your subscription and the renewal amount through the app. My subscription renewed automatically unknown to me this week and I got charged £78.29 for a 4 week period! This is just ridiculous as not even a posh gym membership is that much. I don’t see any results from my 4 week trial so this hurts even more. I reached out to customer service but they refused to refund the amount even though I haven’t used a single day of the renewal period.
Don’t sign up for any trial period either this company as there are hidden charges and a lot of hard sell through emails. However, they won’t email you to say the auto renewal is going to charge you £78.29 for 4 weeks!

Great program and good customer service. I contacted Nora Abot about canceling my subscription after the initial four weeks, which I am doing right now. I don’t want any auto shipments. I only needed four weeks. She was very helpful and professional and took care of that for me very quickly. I would recommend this program to everyone!
