Most unreliable And Appalling delivery
Appalling delivery. The guy who was meant to deliver, came home when there were 3 people inside and didn’t ring the bell (sorry, I live in a building and it is an effort to find eve flat number to ring) he has dropped off at the post office that I am yet to collect. It was a 10 kg delivery with fresh products in it so if i wanted to trek to a shop, I’d have just done that.
Safe to say, you have lost my business forever.

Hi Ms. Chakravarthy, thanks for taking your time and leaving us a review.Very sorry to hear that, we use third party services and we have used DPD to deliver your parcel.
We don't have much control on the delivery side, but if you would have called us, we would have arranged a redelivery by contacting DPD on your behalf. We did that for our customers in past and resolved the issues immediately.
As you can see from our reviews customer satisfaction is really important to us and i have filed a complaint on your behalf to DPD, but please try and contact the seller if there is any issues with the delivery in future.
