The casia bark, by Taj make was not good. Looked like it had been smashed with a hammer. The rest were fine

As always prompt delivery and quality products with the exception of fresh ginger which was disappointingly very poor quality. Customers services have offered to replace it on my next delivery.
The garlic wasn't the best quality but was seriously over priced so will never order that again nor indeed the ginger.

New customer online purchase
I'm a first time visitor and user of TajSpices through their website.
I selected products and paid easily without issue. The following day I was called to be advised one item was out of stock and offered a replacement which was perfect.
My order arrived promptly and perfectly packaged.

The website itself is easy to scroll…
The website itself is easy to scroll and navigate and it also has specific note on to check expiry date which helps while ordering edible items. The range of products they have is what I find nowhere else (eg dry green peas and dried peas and many more other India snacks ) the customer care was prompt and polite and personable and resolved my query no problem and the parcel came well packed and they sent it all the way to northern Ireland! even though doing so usually cost more money (usually one third of what I had ordered) they didn't charge any delivery charge. All a sign of business due a success.
