Had a problem with non delivery due to Royal Mail strike - not Taj's fault.Emailed Taj and had a phone call within 5 minutes resulting in new order which was delivered next day.Fantastic customer service - I will be returning in future!Many thanks.

Fantastic service from Tajspices. I was in need to a large restock of spices to help produce my BIR Indians recipes and Tajspices had everything I needed and more + different quantities.

Thanks for taking your time and leaving us a review, we have dispatched your order on Friday, 21st October which is the next day after you placing your order with us, but you might be aware about the Royalmail strikes which are causing significant disruption and causing delays and this is with most of our orders, as we rely on Royalmail to deliver our parcels, please wait for one or two days and you should receive it.
As we rely on delivery companies and this is not in our control as normally we deliver on time as you can see from our reviews, its just due to the current situation the delays have been caused.
