Discount not honoured
Had a 15% discount code which I applied at the check out, however when I changed the payment method to PayPal unbeknownst to me it removed the vouch. I contacted as soon as I realised to cancel the order. Order was shipped anyway and have had no reply to contact to either return the item or get the 15% refunded.
Update 30/07/26 went through the PayPal dispute process and got a 20% refund. Received email from the company this morning to say the delay was due to a “technical difficulty” which prevented them sorting the refund sooner. An email explaining this would have been nice to keep me updated and know that it was being looking into but all sorted in the end.
