This was my second experience. First time I was ill so did not follow up and received the documents whee I did not care about time. So i had this impression and opted for their service the second time. They did the let me deal with the person I dealt before and the lady said she will only handle it and i will have to deal with her only. They asked me to pay the entire amount in advance without explaining the proper reason despite asking several times. Asked for passport copies even after submitting again with out giving a reason for asking again. The document was my marriage certificate issued by BMC Mumbai. When after 16 or 17 days i asked them they were not able to give me any update saying it’s in process and talking rude. When I asked for the lady i had dealt with earlier, she said talk to her only and was not giving me any info or contact. I asked for a manager several times and they kept on denying once also saying that the manager doesn’t address complaints. He will only help if there is an issue with the docs. When I had called first time also i tried the website number it was directing to this lady only and she kept denying anyone else. I had paid for pick and drop and just bec of this i had opted for this company. As i am 5 months pregnant, i opted for pick and drop as i felt it would be convenient. They sent the documents to the wrong office.. in Kalyan and kept on being rude and disconnecting on me saying that I’m not talking properly. Then somehow on some number on the internet co incidentally I got the person i was looking for. I explained things to her and also asked for a manager. She also denied the manager saying the same thing and told me that she is the lady’s supervisor so asked me to tell her about the matter. Also she later found out that it was their company’s fault that they said the documents to the wrong office. She asked me if I can go to Kalyan to collect it. I said i stay at Juhu and going to Kalyan would be too far, plus the rains plus I’m 5 months pregnant having no one to go and collect. My husband was still out of India. And i said this was the whole reason i opted for pick and drop and paid the entire money for attestation and pick and drop too. They said they will courier it and return my drop amount (which I haven’t received yet). 5 days ago they said i will receive my docs in two days and I followed up yesterday said the courier did not turn up and i will receive it today (yesterday). I again followed up today and they said they don’t know. They had asked to courier and may have picked up. They were not giving me any updates and kept on telling me to talk to the earlier lady who was not dealing properly and that dont call me what can i do. I said you are the company it is your responsibility. She said it is not my responsibility. I said whom can i talk to then… give me a manager. She said find things yourself and was nit giving me any info. She also said that this is the reason the earlier lady behaved the way she did…. I asked her to give me an update anyhow as its my imp document and i need to travel to Qatar which I had been saying. She disconnected on my face saying “time nahin hai mere paas”. My husband spoke to her and she kept blabbering about me to my husband also. She said she will give the tracking number after lunch time and gave the tracking number later on whatsapp. I just received my documents a while ago. This has been one of the worst experiences. Only the pick up and drop guys Irfan seemed responsible to me both the times. I have not received my drop money refund yet but I may just let it be. I would never recommend this irresponsible and rude company to anyone ever. I had to deal with so much of nonsense and my bp going high and listening to their rude talks in my pregnancy. I have the voice msgs saved where I have been very polite with the other female throughout and also saying that she is the reason i trust the company. But she also showed what they truly are to their customers. They treat their customers very very badly. I would never ever take their service ever again or recommend them to anyone..
