I made a payment through Tamara to a travel company, but unfortunately, the company turned out to be a scam — I never received the service I paid for and the agency stopped responding completely. When I contacted Tamara for help and submitted a claim, they cancelled my claim without giving any proper solution. Instead of helping resolve the issue or investigating the fraud, they are now sending me notifications asking for payment for a service I never received. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Tamara is supposed to protect customers, not support scams. Very bad experience — I feel Tamara is a scam for allowing this to happen and offering no real support to their users.

Took $90 in 2 transactions for 1 $30 purchase, definate scammers

Used Tamara for a split payment — the initial purchase was fine, but I got charged a late fee even though I paid on time. Support was slow to respond. Still using it, but carefully.

Tamara has taken almost 900 aed from my account as they say their transaction was charge as cash by the banks. Reached out to them many times but poor response. It has been pending since January!!! They are taking money from people! If I didnt notice the unauthorized deduction and blocked my card, they could have taken more!!!!! Promised to refund the money but its a scam!

I have requested to cancel my membership multiple times, yet I am still being charged. Despite chatting with their support team and repeatedly asking for cancellation, I keep receiving payment messages. This is completely unacceptable!

If a customer requests cancellation, it should be processed immediately, not ignored. Their lack of response and poor customer service make this a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Fix this issue and stop charging customers unfairly!
This app has the worst policies! I tried to reach their support team multiple times, but they ignored me. When I finally got a response, they had already charged me double for no reason.

Their billing system is unclear, and their customer service is terrible. This is why more people prefer Tabby over Tamara—Tabby is much better, more transparent, and actually helps customers.

I would not recommend this app to anyone! Pls don’t use Tamara

It seems that they have a hidden tick to activate the smart membership..I received the membership fees email and deducted from my card..I said okay maybe I did it by mistake, the customer service explained how to cancel the membership, then immediately went to the app and cancelled it, the weird thing that the month after, I received an email that I have to pay also the membership fees which I didn't use or even subscribe for...
I called the customer service again complaining about the same, he said that the invoice was done already for the next month..what? Unbelievable how they are stealers!!!!
