Professional and reliable
I needed to have something done about the crumbling mortar on the ridge tiles & verges on my house & garage. 10yrs ago I would have done it myself, I used to be a general builder, but I retired last year, & it's just too much now!
Because a couple of close friends have had work done by Lukasz, plus the positive reviews, I contacted him, he got back to me very quickly, viewed the job & I received a quote not long after. The job is now completed...well, what can I say...all of the great reviews are absolutely true. Lukasz turned up when he said he would. I closely observed them while they worked. Lukasz & his two colleagues worked well together, they were organised, thorough & used good quality materials. On the first day, Lukasz informed me that there was a problem getting ridge tiles off the garage, and new tiles would be needed. He purchased new tiles & did other extra work, (which included extra materials), all within the cost of the original quote. They took all rubble and rubbish away and tidied up after the work was complete. The day after I paid Lukasz, I noticed an issue with the fitment of the new fascias. I emailed Lukasz, he responded promptly to acknowledge my concern, & arrived the following weekend to fix the problem to my satisfaction, which took him & his colleague over 2hrs. Would I use or recommend Lukasz? You betcha! Lukasz & his team were professional, worked hard & were thorough.
I'm sure I could have got another company to do the job cheaper, but based on the reviews & seeing the quality of work on my home, I am satisfied with the cost & that my roof has been done right...did you see what I did there! 😉
