The customer service team are fantastic. My tan arrived damaged and as soon as I flagged this I was sent a new bottle next day delivery. Thank you so much, I won’t be going anywhere else for tanning products now!

Just wanted to share a little review of the tanning mousse and the face spray! Literally no words other than UNREAL! I was petrified of fake tan for about 10 years 🤣🙈 until I tried this and wow I’m fully converted back! I am quite literally obsessed. I went for a spa day for my birthday today and my tan is 2 days old and just looks so natural and fresh without a streak or patch in sight. The best fake tan ever PLEASE never discontinue because I may well have to discontinue my being 🙈😂😂😂

Put on some at Xmas before I went to Spain for a few days to take pale look off me and I got so many compliments when I came home asking if that was my natural colour…😂

Streak free, smells delicious and wears away so naturally.

Bought the face mist. Really disappointed & felt i got caught in the insta hype! Ive tried different numbers of sprays from the recommended up & cant say it has given much colour or glow. It also sprays out in a dollop as im trying to mist. Really wanted it to be good!

As a fake tan wearer week in week out, I’ve always found it hard to find the right one that suits me… until Tandae!! Wow! The fake tan and the face mist are unreal! I get compliments all the time asking have I just been on holiday, etc or genuinely just people noticing how nice the colour is! I think I’ve spoke to my friends so much about it that a couple have had it for Christmas 😂🙌🏼! Since having my little boy 4 months ago the face mist really helps me look like I’m not sleep deprived and lasts so well!

I complained about the face mist staining my hair orange. Customer services were excellent and refunded my money and also sent me some mousse to try. I was very impressed with the way they handled my complaint.

I have bought the body tan in dark twice now and the facial mist (which I’m trying to ration until the restock). They are absolutely brilliant, smell lovely, don’t transfer and leave a beautiful deep tan colour. I have been an avid bondi sands user and have been converted. I had a problem with my last bottle being damaged on arrival and the customer service team could not have been any better. Quick, kind response that was resolved immediately. Thank you for creating this beautiful tan!

I bought a facial spray tan from Tandae and used it twice - results are very good and I loved the colour, but sadly I’ve had a reaction to it. Weirdly, reaction wasn’t on my face but on my hands and neck/chest area which are other areas I’ve sprayed - my hands had an itchy/bumpy rash that took over a week to clear and now I’ve tried it second time (avoided spraying the hands) and my neck and chest area is red and itchy. I have used other brand tan on my body so it could be a reaction of the two products combined.

High hopes and was so excited to use but regrettably has resulted in hives and an all over body rash that hasn’t calmed down 3 days later 🥹

I really wanted to love this tan after all the reviews on IG and also I like following the creator on IG. For context, I usually tan weekly with Coco and Eve medium.

First time I used Tandae medium. I always choose medium tanners as I’m very fair skinned naturally. I applied one coat, it smelt nice going on, but the next day my husband commented the bedroom was stinking of the usual biscuit fake tan smell, so the nice smell was short lived. When I got in the shower the colour pretty much completely washed off and I looked very pale. So the next time I applied 2 coats. Still it was barely visible once washed off. Also, I find it goes on very patchy and sticks to certain areas despite the recommended prep and using the Tandae mitt. So hard to get an even coverage. Also difficult to cover hands evenly. These are issues that I never have with my usual tanner.

I decided to give the dark shade a try as well as the new face mist. The colour is better, but still a lot washes off. The streakiness seems more obvious, presumably because the colour is darker. I wouldn’t feel confident wearing it in summer due to the uneven coverage. I tried using the face mist on my hands as the creator suggests on her IG. Big mistake. My hands are orange and patchy. The coverage on my face though is ok.

The other thing that’s frustrating is how long the tan needs to be left on for before washing off (4-8 hours). I don’t like to sleep in it so I need a day where I don’t have anything on so that I can apply it. My usual tan develops perfectly in only 2 hours.

The only positive thing I’ve found is that it is long lasting, a little more long lasting my usual tan. It was very difficult/ impossible to get the remnants off though before reapplying. Overall I’m a bit gutted as I had such high hopes. Given how much money I’ve spent on it I will give it a few more tries before getting rid.

First time i used Tandae face mist I had a facial 3 days later. I've been going yo the same girl for my facials for over 3yrs. Her & another girl in the salon commented on the glow of my skin! They couldn't believe it when I said is was a tanning mist. I LOVE it, thank you! Soooo easy to use & it felt lovely on my skin & my lips, sounds random I know but if you make a lip balm I want to be first in the queue!

I was so excited to purchase this product. I’ve bought other things from England before and I’ve never had to deal with so many issues with shipping. Self tanner was held in customs and I had to send multiple emails to FedEx and Tandae before receiving my product. I paid $22 for shipping to Tandae and just received a letter in the mail from FedEx saying I owe over $42 in tax and duty fees. I reached out to Tandae and was told there’s nothing they can do as they are not responsible for customs charges, and this is listed on their website, which I had not read before purchasing. So beware you’ll be paying over $60 in shipping and duty/customs fees!!!!!

I’ve been a regular tan user since I was 16, even as far back as using fake bake. I’ve tried probably every brand available, I love the creators content so was really keen to give this tan a try. I was really disappointed.

Initially the tan went on great, very smooth. Obviously all fake tans smell similar when developing but this smell wasn’t unpleasant. It all looked even and I was happy with the application. Come washing off the product it was so patchy. I couldn’t believe it, I even waited a good half an hour before getting clothes on and didn’t make any difference. I’m so disappointed as had high hopes for the product.

I have purchased the medium and dark mousses and more recently the face tan.
I wanted to love the face mist as much as the body tan so I had high hopes.. but honestly this has blown me away! I have used it every 2 nights to stay topped up. The face mist drys lovely with no smell and gives the most insane deep glow! I have tried so many face tans (especially for this time of year) and some are better than others in regards to how my skins reacts. But I swear this has IMPROVED my skin? Please never discontinue this product🥹

So, this was my second go at trying Tandae and it was so much better. You do have to work super quick to apply this tan. After it developed, I was pleased with the results, it is a really lovely colour, no streaks and it is fading well. Tandae Customer Service is excellent and I definitely give them 5 stars.

Absolutely superb product. It covers well, there’s no smell, and it doesn’t peel. I’ve tried numerous self tan products and this is by far the best yet. I had a need to speak with Amy at Customer Services and I cannot speak more highly about how my issue was resolved. I’d definitely recommend Tandae without hesitation.

I LOVE this tan. Not only does it smell amazing it goes on super easy and the colour comes out a natural shade. I’m really pale and tans tend to go orange and also easily go patchy. This one lasts a long time and fades eventually I’ve found. I do all the pre care to make sure my skin is fully prepared.

There's a lot of hype about this product so I decided to pur gase a while back. I've always been lucky enough for any tan to sit on my skin very well, even the cheapest of tans out there. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. If I'm being completely honest, this tan really is no different to the cheapest out there I'm afraid. The smell at first is lovely but soon changes to your usual tan smell. The rave is that this tan isn't sticky, it definitely is, just like others.
What I was hoping for most was the ease of removing as this is heavily promoted, however it's no different to others on the market. I actually find that this tan doesn't sit well on my feet, which is odd as I've never found this with others. Hands aren't much better. I've given it more of a chance before leaving a review. I've used it for over a month but no improvements unfortunately. Very overpriced for a product that's no different to those that are a fraction of the price. Sorry to say this, was expecting better.

Put down the other brands and look no further. Having used multiple tans and even qualified with a leading brand years ago Tandae is by far the most superior product on the market

The colour is really great once washed off but the colour guide and product is really hard to work with. There always seems to be a tide mark no matter how hard I rub and it looks very streaky once applied. I went to bed not knowing if I was going to wake up streaky or not but luckily I didn’t. I decided not to do the second coat as the product was so difficult to work with. That said, I shouldn’t have to apply two coats to get extra dark when I buy extra dark. I wish it was a coco and eve product with the Tandae colour. Coco and eve looks so even when applied and blended nicely, not so sticky.
