Bought a jacket from this company and was well happy with it, 2 week turn around from day of ordering to receiving from China to the UK, will be buying from this company again.

I ordered thee shirts size 3X. I received three shirts with a 3X label in the color. There were actually small. the sleeves came just past my elbow and the front was way too small. I wrote asking for a refund. After three emails to the company, one reply asked me to send them a photo wearing the shirt, which I did. They also asked me to send my neck size, arm length and chest size. I was advised to ship the three shirts back to China and, once they were received, they would contact me. The total order is $100..00 so i'm out that money and have three shirts that dont fit. im not paying another 50 bucks to ship to china and wait for a reply.

Cheap Chinese made shorts sold by company in Guangzhou. Perfectly wearable but made from thin material. Sizes are tight. Ordered 34 inch waist. One pair of shorts was way tight on the ass, can't wear. One pair is just OK.

I bought some pants and I have been waiting for more than 60 days already. I don' t know what to do.

Would not recommend this company, save your money, waiting over a month for products to be delivered, getting no response, requested refund to no avail, have to take leagel route.

I ordered a flight jacket and had to wait a wee bit due to my size being out of stock....but it was worth the waiti

One thing to keep in mind...the sizes are in Asian Sizes...so best double check you size before you order.

I ordered one cargo pants and I am really happy.
The pictures posted on website helped me a lot to choose the size.
I was a bit worried because my package hasnt been shipped for few days, I asked the customer service, they answered to me the day after and solved the problem really quick.
I love my cargo pants, it's like on the picture, the size is perfect and the feel is so good. I can't wait to get more cargo pants !

My experience with buying clothes from tangeel was extremely positive. The prices were fantastic, my order arrived in 6 working days and Found the size was exactly as stated and the quality of fabric great. Very happy with my 2 items and will be placing other orders. Thank you for good pants, reasonable price points. I'm very happy. I don't usually do reviews but I'd heard so many horror stories about buying from China that I want to let people know that they can trust tangeel.

Rubbish company - do not buy from them. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts size 37 ins. they sent one pair 35 ins and the other 41 ins. One pair too small and the other too big. Customer service is crap and you get blah blah blah until you are fed up. Furthermore (not mentioned) it is a Chinese company so you have to import tax when the order arrives.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your hard earned money. I ordered my husband a pair of pants for his birthday. They don't fit. They are in their original bag, never worn. And I wanted to return them for the right size. And upon contacting their customer service i was told they would send me the right size for only $40 and I could keep the pants that I can't use. I refused and at this point I was insulted by their lack of care for me (the customer) I replied with wanting a return label and a refund, they told me to sell the pants on Ebay and they would refund me 8$ on a $56 pair of pants. 5 emails later still getting the run around.

This store has my favorite cargo pants and the variety is so wide
. Price is much better than the stores in our vicinity.
Once I want to changed my size , the customer service gave me a very affordable solution . So good !
I will recommend good friends around me to buy .

Terrible quality, cheap material,stitching falling apart and sizes are wrong.

okay, what I got was nowhere near the quality presented, plus the sizing is so messed up. They say they stand by their product, but wanted me to pay $30.00 for shipping the right size ABOVE the $50.00 I spent already.

$80.00 for low quality product and what happens when the next size is bad. I ate the $50.00 but should have checked up on them online before. I usually do and now I'm paying the cost for not taking the simple extra step.
