Fabulous customer service.
The whole buying process for my new car was handled very professionally, and everything about the car was fully explained.
When I picked up the car, it was in pristine condition and had been fully serviced, including a new tyre.
All the staff I dealt with at the branch were very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent experience
I enquired about a car I'd seen on Autotrader and whilst I decided not to buy it in the end, my experience of Tangelo was first class.
Fin handled my enquiry and was absolutely first class throughout.
I'm several hundred miles away so Fin sent me a detailed video tour of the car and was very open and transparent throughout.
I never once felt like I was being sold to and when I said I'd decided not to buy it, he respected my decision.
Based on my experience, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Tangelo to anyone. Very refreshing. Thank you.
