I had a great experience with Tantalya Dental Clinic. My appointment was made last minute but the clinic was nothing short of accommodating. And their coordinator Daniela made sure everything went smoothly and without any hick ups. Always ready to assist me with whatever questions or concerns I had. Their entire staff, doctors and the nurses are excellent and kept reassuring me with any worries.

Es gibt so Herrn wie Mario S. (Saldavia), die nicht das wesentliche bewerten, sondern immer irgendetwas zu meckern haben. Da wird schnell etwas zugedichtet und dramatisiert, was gar nicht in der Verantwortung der Klinik liegt.
Ich hatte Herrn Saldavia vorher ehrenamtlich beraten und er schrieb mir laufend wirre Dinge mit denen ich nichts anfangen konnte und nicht zum Thema gehörten. Da ich selbst Zufriedenheitsumfragen mache, weiß ich genau das diese Klinik mit gut bis sehr gut von den Patienten beurteilt wurden.
Herr Saldavia ist auch der erste und bisher einzige Patient den ich leider sperren musste. Er kostete mir zuviele Nerven.

Bunä ziua . Acun 3 luni am avut un treatment de E-max. Torul a decurs. normal . Doctori sau comportat foarte frumos si politicoși. Recomand aceasta clinica mai ales persoanelor cate le este frica 🥰

Das Aushängeschild beginnt am Flughafen, Nicht der Kunde muss auf den Fahrer warten, sondern der Fahrer auf den Kunden, Bei der ersten Anreise 2,5 Stunden und zweite Anreise 1 Stunden Wartezeit, Beratung von Havva? Gesundheitsbogen und Geld (sofort) Ein Vertrag für die Dienstleistung und der Garantie gibt es nicht. Havva ist schwer per WhatsApp für Fragen erreichbar und dann nur, wenn ich bei dem Vermittler vorher angerufen habe. Bei zweitem Besuch ist Havva nur dem Rauchen beschäftigt, Die Ärzte sprachen in Türkisch und Englisch mit mir. Der letzte Termin mit dem Einsatz der Implantate wurde nicht abgestimmt. Der Fahrer stand 16 Uhr im Hotel, Ein Glück, dass ich gerade vom Schwimmen zurückgekommen bin. Die letzten Worte von Havva: Die Implantate sind eingesetzt - Die Behandlung ist fertig. Schnell zum Fototermin mit den Implantaten und Tschüss . Ich verlangte nach der Quittung der Einzahlungen und den Rechnungen der Behandlung. Havva sagte: Das geht erst nächste Woche. Eine Beschwerde bei dem Vermittler und die Quittung der Zahlungen und die Rechnung kamen sofort. Die deutschsprachige Betreuung mit Havva (negativ) Was die Qualität betriff bin ich nicht zufrieden. Die untere Zahnreihe läßt zu wünschen übrig und muss komplett neu angepasst werden. Ober- und Unterkiefer kommen nicht zusammen. Ein beissen ist nicht möglich. Hotel bei der Ersten Anreise befriedigend – Frühstücks Buffet war 7 Uhr leergefegt. Zweite Anreise Hotel war sehr gut. Der Vermittler hat nach meiner Beschwerde den Kontakt abgebrochen, denn ich bin der erste Kunde mit negativer Kritik

Fui muito bem atendido na clínica! Desde a recepção até o atendimento final, tudo foi feito com muito profissionalismo e cuidado.

Quero destacar especialmente a Thuany, que foi extremamente atenciosa, competente e passou muita segurança durante todo o processo. Dá pra perceber o quanto ela gosta do que faz.

I spoke with Emine before choosing the clinic and she provided all the information I needed. My front teeth were very crowded, so I decided to get treatment. I had E-max veneers on my front teeth and zirconia crowns on my back teeth. Dr. Yunus Emre shaped my teeth very minimally, just as I asked, and the assistant was also very kind. They gave me a perfect Hollywood smile.

From the moment I arrived, everything was professional. I was picked up from the airport, taken to my hotel, and my coordinator kept me informed the whole time. A private driver took me to the clinic every day.

We did several try-ins, and once we found the design I loved, the teeth were placed. I’m extremely happy with the results. They still stay in touch with me and answer all my questions. It was an amazing and very safe experience from start to finish.

I found this place online. At first, I was hesitant, but the staff who contacted me were professional and knowledgeable. I traveled by plane from my country. The private airport transfer and accommodation were arranged by them. In the end, I had 12 implants done. I was very scared, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. She organized my entire treatment process so flawlessly that I already felt safe and confident even before traveling to Antalya.

When I arrived at the clinic, I was amazed by the expertise of Dr. Taha Tanrıverdi, who performed my implants. He was incredibly professional, reassuring, and thorough in every explanation. The entire team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and caring they made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel stressed or uncertain.

When I saw the X-ray of my completed procedure, I was honestly blown away. The placement, precision, and overall quality of the implants were beyond perfect. The treatment quality and the level of organization exceeded my expectations.

Even after returning to my ENnggland, the support didn’t stop. My coordinator Emine continues to assist me with the same dedication as before. She responds to every question incredibly fast and guides me with clear, detailed information. Having such a caring and professional team by my side has been an amazing experience.

In short, to anyone feeling hesitant, I can confidently say this: this clinic doesn’t just provide treatment, they prioritize your comfort, safety, and satisfaction above everything else. I am truly grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I’m so glad I chose this clinic.
