Never even attempted to change a cartridge before but by following the excellent instructions on how to measure, I received my order the next day and it fitted perfectly. I did both the cold and the hot on a mixer and the drip has stopped completely.

Good selection and quick delivery

Cartridge valve worked fine for 2 weeks then hammering and leaks, so will change the cartridge again.
Also ended up being supplied with half turn cartridges instead of quarter turn ones - not sure if that was my fault on ordering (I'd assumed they would all be quarter turn, so one to watch out for).

So eay to identify the exact insert I needed using their diagrams.

Exactly what I needed. The website included all the dimension of the product. Arrived the next day.

Excellent, though time-consuming, process to identify replacements for unmarked cartridges. The main three measurements narrowed the choice to seven, then additional ones brough that down to two, then just the one. Really needs callipers to do it properly..

I needed to replace a pair of tap cartridges but was struggling to find the correct parts from other suppliers. The tap-cartridges.com web site has a really useful search function that lets you input all the relevant dimensions. The new cartridges suggested by the search arrived quickly, fitted perfectly and have fixed stopped the leaks.

I sent all dimensions that was asked for and they send a cartridge that they thought might work as they didn’t have the exact same cartridge as mine.
I fitted the cartridge to my tap and works perfectly.

I bought and returned an item from here as it turns out it wasn’t a match for what I needed. Sent my old cartridge to them and they managed to identify what I needed and found it online elsewhere as they didn’t stock it themselves. As I didn’t actually buy from them in the end the best I can do is give them a good review on here, so thanks guys much appreciated.

Ordering was very easy and advice for measuring the original cartridge was very helpful too unfortunately I didn't see the warning regarding anticlockwise and clockwise info and just ordered the blue cartridge, it fits perfectly but Inow opens the cold tap the other way (ie anticlockwise) my error.
The valve itself is very well manufactured and very easy to install. And delivery was quick and free, Well done tap-cartridges.com
