I placed an online order, the website listed the item as in stock. Unfortunately five days later I was informed Tape Jungle did not in fact have the item in stock. The tape I had ordered is going to be used to mark a potential trip hazard, therfore it was imperative to get the tape installed. I had to install temporary tape which is now costing me time and money.
If the website showed zero in the inventory I would have looked elsewhere.
This has put me in an awkward position with my client.

I ordered the 3M tape for the ATG guns (use it for stamping/scrapbooking) and I can't say enough about the entire ordering process. I emailed tapejungle asking for advice on what types of reflective safety tape would best stick to the nylon fabric of my backpack. With no promise that they'd ever actually get any money from me, they gave me good information about which tapes have the most "aggressive" adhesive.

I then did order a roll of the type that they'd recommended, and I got exactly what I'd ordered quickly in the mail. Additionally, they had (and may still have) a free-shipping policy on reflective tape, which was a nice bonus.

The product is great. Easy to apply on the paper. It is a little hard to fit into my Scotch ATG gun, but it does fit in. just needed a little more time to push it in.

I placed a small order on July 10. Today is July 20, I haven't a clue where my order is. All of the companies send me a tracking email to give me an idea when the order will be delivered. I did not receive any information from Tape Jungle. I have a feeling because my order was only $40, it wasn't important enough to send shipping information.
